WCW did it and Impact/TNA did it why didn't we get Sting in a Sting mask in WWE? or did we and I forget

I'll never forget though when I was Sting for Halloween when I was super young and this random little girl was like "look mom it's a tellitubby" and pointed at me

It was perfectly identical to Wolfpack Sting's paint, my mom did amazing

A shame bc I really think if this show wasn't rated so poorly it coulda been the fuckin' end to the WWF...well maybe not a shame I guess bc idk how that woulda turned out but it's a shame from WCW's perspective

I definitely think a stronger booked Starrcade could have reaped WCW more rewards and maybe gave them more leeway in 1999, but I don't think WWF picking up was a lack in WCW really. Austin winning the Royal Rumble and Mike Tyson being booked for WrestleMania just made WWF can't miss TV. The thing is though is 1998 is still WCW's most profitable year in terms of gates, houses, merch, and even PPV buys. 15 of the 25 most watches WCW matches also take place in 1998 and even though WWF started winning Mondays again, it wasn't even Monday until the Fall and even when WCW lost a week, their rating was still higher than their 1997 number when they won that week. Both shows were just that much higher in their ratings in 1998.

It honestly could be, but it's hard to remember it as Sting is Wolfpac Sting for half the year.

Yeah, the Sting build in 1997 is Sting's best work, but I do think Sting is so entertaining in 1998.

I'll have to look but my mom was trash at keeping pics and I've looked through a lot of my grandma's ones and I never saw it
