If you want a background on the stuff there are a few YouTube videos out there where you can get a good taster.



This is a general run down.



And this is a general run down of the roster. Both are fairly recent.

If you want a show, then you can either jump right in, or if you want a recent show which gives you most the roster and is good quality, I suggest the Five Star GP Finals. A large portion of the roster wrestles on the show, the finals sets up the main event for the end of year show, and it will be a good sample size.
