yeah I dont watch enough to be sassy but I felt like anyone else winning would have been a mistake? I dont watch much as I said, but Utami was in everyone's mouth for a over a year and was pushed to the moon. Id have been surprised if they just gave up on her after that for a 19 year old (I hear AZM in amazing but yea, shes 19, she can wait)Mean, Utami winning made sense and to think anyone else winning it is bit of foolish thinking
Wasn't meant to be sassy and I used wrong wording so here let me be clear. Utami has been the head force of QQ for a while now, even though Momo when she was in it was the leader but Utami became the de facto leader of it. And has been as such until now. Sure Utami has been pushed to the moon, but she has earned her place where she is because she is one the top female wrestlers today easily and almost always puts on hell of matches. Yes, AZM is good and everything but her leading QQ wouldn't make sense since unless you planned Utami and Saya breaking off and forming their own group, since to my knowledge they are/was a tag team. In the future can I see AZM leading QQ, if it is still around? Of course, no problem hands down. Could I see her leading her faction? Of course. So that is what I actually meant and when I used the term "foolish thinking" it just means that to think that a unpredictable outcome could/can happen, and should is a bit silly since Stardom, like a few other promotions, tend to never break their formula and what you think will happen/win is the more likely outcome.yeah I dont watch enough to be sassy but I felt like anyone else winning would have been a mistake? Yes, but when they do swerve it is surprising/shocking meaning the moment means more.so stardom, much like a lot of japanese companies, tend to book more conservative and less swervy?
Honestly, that is Tam's gimmick/story arch since she has been in Stardom. She will have a bad year, or less a lot, and then next year just wins a lot. So I am sure the latter half they are building to something/having her win a bit moreAfter 5.15 Natsupoi and Tam promo, I was interested to check stats for Tam, since after her white belt loss she didn't do much.
In 2021 she had 98 matches with 45.9% win rate.
In 2022 so far she had 38 matches with 18.4% win rate.
Poi really had a point. Hope Tam can bounce back second half of the year.
