I always like the commentary about “he isn’t used right” whenever a release is discussed. I heavily disagree. Tag titles, NA title, CW title, huge part of TUE and blooding the Creeds is a pretty nifty resume if I say so myself. Obvious verbal limitations but a damn good asset to have in any company.

That said, if he wants to go - let him go. He’s served his purpose and is a consummate professional. As Jeff said, they fire people who want to stay (Persia, Lumis) but won’t grant releases to those who want out. Complex workings.

They didnt treat him well on this latest contract, they lied about everything they promised him. And again , what he did under black n gold n irrelevant to THIS contract. Im not sure whats so hard to understand or how you can possibly think he was treated and used well under 2.0. Thank you. Yeah, i watch 2.0. I viewed him as the veteran old head guiding the new squad. I didn't even take notice of the potential members tbf, I just saw what was on TV. Hachiman never got the opportunity to do anything. Creeds are sensational. Ivy Nile has a tremendous future. In that sense I view it as someone reliable on-screen to guide this group into the future.

I'd also argue that the CW title had outstayed its welcome (like a lot of titles in WWE tbf) so can understand the whole storyline and he made Carmelo look a million bucks in doing so.
