on a more thought out answer: It makes my blood boil a little bit when they have no real plans for a person but refuse to let them go after they've been nothing but professional and loyal. And its simply out of pettiness, petiness which also directly takes away potential enjoyment not only for him but fans that want to see him work. its quite uncool, and no matter how many times they behave this way, it has yet not to piss me off
