...sitting here watching Raw, and it's been announced that Orton will defend the title against Batista at Extreme Rules against Batista in a cage. Guess MVP won't take advantage, although they...

...now Cena comes out :(.

Fuck the WWE! Why Cena (RUNNING!? and fine!?), and not MVP :(.

Fuck this!

Did you honestly think MVP would be going for the WWE Title when he didn't even defend the title he has last night at the PPV?
I wouldn't say they "ruined" him... I had no expectations of him challenging Orton after the second week of him being on RAW.
I'm actually excited to see Cena put into this...hopefully it will all be over soon. A Cena/Orton program would be worlds more favorable than this fuckin garbage they've been doing on RAW.

How have they ruined him? I haven't seen Raw yet (going to watch it now) but fromt he way you described it, MVP is in the same position he was last week, when you were defendign what they were doing with him. So you're saying that he's not getting a title match? Well, that's disappointing, but doesn't ruin him. Unless I'm missing something, he's the same as he wa sbefore.
And were you expecting him to get a title match? He has the US title...

^He could have dropped the title. And now Cena's announced that he's fighting whoever wins at Extreme Rules, so we know he's getting the shot, and not MVP. And they wont push MVP heel again just so he can fight Cena in 4 months :(.

Yeah, but MVP gave his word he'd introduce himself into the shit if Batista didn't pick up the strap at Judgment Day, why John Cena (especially when he's still being billed into the Big Show feud) and not MVP?

I'ma be patient and all, but how much are they going to push MVP back if they're going to start pushing Cena again.

And why is Cena no longer injured after being brutalized last night when he was still a bit rough from his injuries?

IDK, I think they're trying to fill as much as possible now instead of going the route of making a fresh feud they teased with come to fruition.

I think a Cena/MVP feud would be great... just not right now. When HHH comes back, and forms a Legacy/Evolution feud... THEN you can do MVP vs Cena... until then, push Cena to the title again

MVP will get his time, they are just waiting for the RIGHT time. Gotta get a good build up. At least he isn't on a losing streak again.

Why the hell would you give MVP his first ME match against not only another face, but the biggest babyface in the company?

The idea is to consolidate his fanbase, not divide it.

...And as already said, it's waaaay too soon to turn MVP heel again.

It could just be another case of 'maybe next year' for MVP.... Which is not necessarily a the worst thing in the world. I still feel he needs to nail his character a bit more. In the meantime, the way Raw is booked right now I think in the coming months we'll see a fair few SD-dominated PPVs while Raw concentrates on 1 or 2 fueds featuring their uber-stars and their big storylines....

Lets face it, in Legacy there's the ideal vehicle for having numerous drwan out 2/3PPV match fueds; plus the team up potential of DX or Evo' vs Legacy and whatever WWE may have up their sleeves.

 ...He doesn't REALLY want a piece of Cena!

I think they're starting to ruin Legacy as of Judgment Day. Randy should have outsmarted Batista like he did on HHH in the No DQ on RAW with a distraction and a quick RKO, Flair should stay his ass at home where he belongs, and Cena should stop getting in the middle of other peoples fucking storylines. I hate the damn writers! Randy hasn't had a decent title reign yet due to bullshit storylines or injury and now they're turning what was meant to be his best one into a clusterfuck. If they absolutely MUST have Flair, then they should have waited a bit and brought back HHH, then Flair and had a Legacy vs. Evolution feud ultimately resulting in a win for a Legacy due to HHH turning on Batista for costing him the title in the first place. Then Flair could defend Batista and we could have a Flair/HHH/Batista program as Evolution implodes while Randy looks on. THEN Cena could step up and say he wants a shot at the title. That makes so much more sense. I feel like spending four years of college for creative writing just so I can fix the shit job the WWE writers do.

^Beat me to it, lol. That's exactly what I was thinking. Him gettign intentionally DQ'd is the definition of outsmarting someone.
