As some of you know I have started watching wrestling again from around August. INthe lead up to it I was looking at a lot of articles about how bad WWE has been since 2015 or so. Most of it seemed to boil down to.
1. Roman failing as "the guy"
2. Daniel Bryan and CM Punk leaving active wrestling.
3. The Authority being just another "its all about the McMahons (again).
Anyway for the most part I have been enjoying it a lot and it is better than say the mid 90's and I prefer the average episode of Smackdown over the average Attitude Era which I am also watching now. RAW is a bit long and not as good IMHO.
Rating seem to be slowly picking up as well as September was the worst since pre Attitude Era when WWF almost went under in 1995.
To me the WWF is roughly where they were in late 1996/97. Things are getting better but we will see how it turns out.
