fwiw, all shows I've read, I'd put between 7 and 9. It has been extremely close and tough to put a ranking together, at least for the last two sets of shows.

Just some context for NJPW:

If the last show felt match heavy, it was. For a 32 man tournament that spands over 5 weeks I have to run 8 tournment matches a week and unlike irl new japan i dont have tours so i only have one show a week. I tried to kayfabe this by making the match times 20 mins max n throwing a few quick finishes. You can assume the japan shows run about 3h30 due to tournament matches. Hopefully thats not too intense! Just wanted ppl to know why it may feel very match heavy until the next ppv!

Episode Seven

- ROH would remain in the state of New York, with the seventh episode of Elite coming from KeyBank Center, Buffalo. Matt Striker and Tony Schiavone would reflect on how much they had enjoyed working at the comms table at Honor Rising, but that it was good to be back on American soil and they would talk over some of the best moments from the two day extravaganza. A select member of the Bullet Club would make their way out from the back with Juice Robinson, Chris Bey, Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows would follow the club’s leader Jay White into the ring. White would grab a microphone and without any shame whatsoever boast about beating EVIL and showing the world that ‘THIS’ was still his era and why members of the club needed to pick his side at the upcoming summit because he is making moves and racking wins whilst Tama and EVIL are just taking L’s. Jay then suggests that Tama pay close attention to how he and Juice handle Suzuki-gun later tonight and it will just be a preview of things to come at Bound By Honor, and he will once again make the club stronger with him at the front, than it ever would be under Tama’s control.

- Tama would emerge from the back and cut off Jay as the Guerrillas of Destiny would make their first appearance on Elite for weeks as they would be flanked by Bad Luck Fale and Chase Owens. Tama Tonga reminds Jay that in the past, whenever a man thought he was bigger than the club, the firing squad took them out to the back and shot them and made it clear that it's time for the Bullet Club to go back to its roots. He makes it clear that there is truly no real leader of Bullet Club and that it is all about seniority and loyalty and the OGs have strokes in regards to who comes in, but no one person makes all the calls and that Jay if anyone should know that. Tama makes it clear that Jay has no authority to kick him and Tanga Loa out of the club and that all club business always come to a vote. Until that vote takes place, this is all just a difference of opinions and should trust him when he says that one way or the other the club won’t with both him and Jay a part of it. Tama does agree that EVIL overstepped the mark and believes that no matter what happens between him and Jay, that EVIL will be tossed out on his ass - but questions what this will mean for the House of Torture.

- Jay responds that no matter what Tama has to say he has a proven track record of making moves behind the scenes and behind the back of fellow Bullet Club members. He laugh at the suggest that there has never been a leader of the club, and that just because he has a position of seniority that doesn’t mean that he can manipulate the younger and more capable members of the club to do what he wants - and that is why ‘HE’ has proven himself as being the leader that the Bullet Club needs and it wasn’t that long ago that Tama was on Twitter tweeting that Jay was the leader of the club. Jay makes it clear that Tanga is only out of the club if he chooses to leave, and he wouldn’t be punished for the sins of his brother. He makes it clear that Tanga and Hikukeo have choices to make or that they can join him in the ring now and help speed up the process and expedite Tama’s departure.

- Tama makes it clear that no one of that is happening and he is done playing defense and like an elephant he doesn't forget and he’s gonna get his revenge. Out of nowhere EVIL and the House of Torture jump both members of G.o.D. and in a jump attack as Fale doe his best to stand in the middle and prevent both sides from fighting. Jay is furiously trying to get to EVIL, but is held back by his own clique within the ring as Fale and Owens seem to be the only two peacekeepers in this three pronged war within the Club.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- Backstage TNA World Heavyweight Champion Josh Alexander makes it clear that he is intent on continuing to prove himself as a legit fight champion and that he is losing patience with Pac and Orton complaining about him holding the belt, despite being contracted to Ring of Honor. He states that he was robbed by Moose and was owed his opportunity, and now that Moose is all out of chances he’ll give Orton his shot at Bound By Honor and he needs to expect a receipt real soon. Alexander then turns his attention to Pac who refused a title match with him until he earned it, so suggest why not face him in Japanese style and try and beat him clean tonight in a non-title match tonight.

Finish: Shida and Bunny are set to face each other on opposites sides of the ring at Bound By Honor, and it would be unsighted involvement from Penelope Ford who would slam a steel chair square into Shida’s face as the Bunny distracted the referee, that would give Bunny the opportunity to stalk her prey and connect with the BSE to win the contest.

- After the contest Penelope Ford would end the ring and aid Bunny in a two on one beatdown, only for Thunder Rosa and Charlotte Flair to emerge from the back for the save with Ford and Bunny scuttling the ring and escaping into the crowd.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- A traditional ROH styled vignette details the long standing feud between Alize and Rok-C and their many matches for the women’s title. After the package Miranda Alize says she is so confident that she will finally get the big win over Rok-C - that she’ll put her contract on the line tonight and will vow to toss her contract in the bin and leave the company if she suffers another loss to the young rookie tonight.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- Tama and Fale would meet in the BC Clubhouse, and both would make sure that the coast is clear before talking. Tama thanks his cousin for having his back, and he knew he could count on the OGs and mentions that he has managed to get a match booked tonight and wants to know if Fale and Chase will join him in a match against EVIL’s merry band of misfits. Fale nods his head and says that such a match would be just too sweet. As Tama walks out of the room, Karl Anderson emerges from the shadow and asks Fale why he was speaking with Tama and why he is making deals behind the scene and that this situation with Tama Tonga needs to be dealt with now.

- Bad Luck Fale makes it clear that G.o.D. have unfinished business with House of Torture and Jay and Juice have a match with Suzuki-gun later tonight, and those have to be the priority tonight. Fale ends by noting that three separate factions are seemingly forming within the club, and they need to keep control and can not show weakness tonight.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- A video package would play off E & C Legacy and their entire history of title wins as a tag team.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

DB2A2dxBbztVIjWOuXV5AwqMfFCbzF3EQh3VVo3oABJ4tZITre0eCU3w52Fv-4SUmZptZW9ES5hMieIX48iXrM5lnrZ0t0f6aODmtSbmlibpSUQTa-W-09VU_wBljfGHCHM-BwlYPX9e7fPmgRctVVw

Finish: In an angry and honestly sour affair, White and Robinson would frustrate two men that arguably should be current TNA tag team champions, and an element of mental games would come into play. Robinson would manage to goad ZSJ to exit the ring and make chase, with White wiping out Suzuki with the Blade Runner to claim the victory ahead of scheduled six-on-six elimination tag team match at Bound By Honor between Bullet Club and Suzuki-gun

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- In the back with Fale and Chase who are having a bit of a disagreement over teaming with GoD over HOT. Chase says he had the OGs back when it was Jay trying to get the whole club to turn their backs on him, but it’s a whole other to now turn their backs on EVIL because Tama says and - don’t get him started on how him and Jay agree on that. He also reminds Fale that he has no desire to hurt Yujiro especially since they got ousted during the last civil war and had each other’s backs. He says Tama beat him and Yujiro down for simply playing peacemakers with the Elite and maybe he should have learned his lesson since here they are again booked to wrestle fellow members of the club.

- Fale tells Chase that sometimes families fight. It doesn’t mean he wants to kick Evil out, but Evil showed Tama disrespect in Japan and he needs to be held accountable and Tama needs their help to do so and reveals that he has offered their services tonight to help teac EVIL and HoT a lesson in respect. He figures with him to mitigate the damage EVIL can return to Japan next week and get his own payback against that punk MJF and stay in Japan. Chase says that would probably cause the family less headaches if EVIL can go back to Japan and let Jay and Tama settle their own issues and we can maybe get to a point where cooler heads prevail, but he’s still apprehensive about this. Fale says it’ll all work itself out. Just look at Jay coming in clutch for the Bullet Club racking up that big victory over Suzuki-gun heading into their big match this weekend.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- Before her scheduled match with Alize, Rok-C make is clear that when she wrestle for ROH she does so with honor and is intent on proving herself once again and that if Miranda is willing to put her contract on the line, then it would only right for her to do the same and informs the fans that she will do the same and that it seems the will now battle in a Loser Leaves Town Match.

HA-pTodNaAUvpwu7Qn1glOoMhcIJW30QbFUGPopYWjATLdg4jBswIxoILFutnSRS5WhouK0WCDV9o2ljryt1CH8jcdSkTFYoim3bNu6qkHT-tsyUpgkfdkeQiTGqixgDcCSscslT_4dF3W_JzSokbpE

Finish: Alize and Rok-C would battle in another hard fought, but once again it would be the young starlet that would claim the victory by nailing Alize with The Prodigy (Falcon Arrow) and in the same stroke secure a rematch with Mandy Rose for the Women’s Title. Towards the end of the contest Las Sicarias would try to interfere, but Jamie Hayter and Cora Jade would keep them at bay long enough for Rok-C to claim the win.

- Cora, Jamie and Rok-C would celebrate the win and make their way towards the back, only for Becky Lynch and Max the Impaler too stanad in the way. The two women would allow Jade to pass, but Becky would point at both Hayter and Rok-C before Max would make a cut throat gesture at the pair with the four women set to be part of the twelve woman inter-promotion tag team clash at Bound By Honor.

- Ivelisse would enter the ring and start berating Alize for her reckless behavior and for not consulting them beforehand, before offering a sympathetic hug only for Diamante to blindside Alize as her and Ivelisse would beat down on Miranda before reaching down and removing her Sicarias kerchief colors from her still body. Before anything else could take place, TNA’s Mercedes Martinez would slide into the ring with Ivelisse and Diamante looking confused by her arrival. Commentary would note that once upon a time in SHINE Mercedes and Ivelisse had been part of the original Las Sicarias. Whatever was said, would be another for Diamante and Ivelisse to exit the ring - as Mercedes would help Alize back up to her feet and help her towards the back.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- In a short video package featuring NWA Commissioner Chris Van Vliet - the final first round match in NWA World Junior Heavyweight Championship Tournament would be revealed with ROH’s Homicide set to take on AAA’s Alejandro.

NvJwyKRHIEO9XD7OOlEcbkh76egBPM7vhZ92tllHGSFAVHNgA9HyvBRT7-ZOMgA-9GYK-I69KcqR4UDtOwu8WW48xmn-o3Wdq4godSfps5yR1ib1U0xut9HSgK4KSlSOdYk6DqWmMFdUBzmP8BWRTixuHszE0-Cf0fChKzBYqDOiS9eisoyce5Ab7Q

- CVV would then clarify that with just over two weeks left until the first NWA event of the year, further matches would be confirmed in the next few weeks.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- Mandy Rose would speak with Ian Riccaboni and would congratulate Rok-C on her win over Miranda Alize and state that she may have earned herself a slot at Bound By Honor, but she shouldn’t mistake that as being the same as beating her for the Women of Honor World Championship. Rose doesn’t hold back in stating that Rok-C is not ready for the Golden Goddess and speaking of false idols, Alexa Bliss looked far from impressive at Honor Rising and she hopes that Bliss understands their truly is no chance of her ever hanging out with them.

Finish: The American Wolves would compete on ROH for the first time since 2013, and would feature in quite a contest with three singles champions featured on both teams. All four men would impress, but it would be Richards who would manage to nail Gresham with the DR Driver and get an unexpected pin on the ROH World Champion.

- Both men would shake hands after the match, adhering to the code of honor - with Kevin Kelly suggesting that whatever happens between Richards and Woods this week - Davey could make a claim that he is owed a future match for Gresham’s title at a later date as long as ‘The Octopus’ remains in possession of the title. Eddie Edwards would noticeably look very pleased with Richards, as after The Foundation left the ring the two men would savor the victory and would prove themselves popular with the Rochester crowd.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- Konnan would slowly enter the Lucha Brother’s locker-room, waving a white handkerchief in the air and making it clear that he comes in peace as he walks into the ring alone. He says he used his connections to combine their title match with Puma’s guaranteeing Puma and Mysterio leave with both titles. To ensure their cooperation he also pulled strings for a three-way tag team match tonight and he’ll personally be in Puma and Mysterio’s corner. Alex reminds them of what Penta unleashed on Kota Ibushi last Sunday night. Kingston begs his pardon and asks Alex if he can help watch their back tonight so Konnan doesn’t go back on his word not to harm the Lucha Bros.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- Bliss would cut a pre-match promo and inform the Golden Goddess to watch her match and makes intentions known that if there’s anything she’d like to crib from her career and when she wins tonight, she will join Hayter and Rok-C in their big match against them at Bound By Honor.

YhyhOyhFk7qG_xsEqVghkcEIJnP7s0uQ1PMhfFrvuNmOAFeIjPoOTYGdqGK2Bsw0CtXRsKPjyGRX_d4FWameL3K-WuL3JeQdaICF37i5ja2m-oMEEN1DQ5uIgt9WK8M-x6_jmNh_zgLtP7w5A3_ieTs

Finish: The match would be short and sweet, with Alexa controlling the match throughout and claiming the victory after connecting with the Twisted Bliss. During the contest the Toxic Lounge would watch the match from the main stage, where they would be joined by Becky Lynch - with Max the Impaler and Ronda Rousey flanking the group with all six women set to team together at Bound By Honor.

- After the contest Havok would make her way out from the back and pay no intention to the six on the stage and instead march down to the ring she would proceed to demolish both Rebel and Alexa, before standing tall over Bliss after the beatdown. The familiar flickering of the lights when someone messes with Bliss occurs before they turn completely and come back on in a fluorescent red with it being similar to the Lily light flickering, but that it encases everyone in the arena in a red hue.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- Pac is seen entering the building with his bags when Moose jumps him dead in his tracks. Moose chucks Pac into the steel garage doors before smashing him through a backstage office door. Moose leans over Pac, before telling him over his heavenly body will Pac get Josh Alexander tonight and that if he is going to get another shot at the title then there is no way he is going to allow Pac to get a shot instead..

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- Just before Ridgeway and Deepen were about to make their way out to the ring, Homicide would appear and say he wants in on this rodeo and that he and Tony had unfinished business and that perhaps for one final time, their violence will be unlimited.

A9uoxhypeFcoqGAW08zZmNrQCyEQld-9AsiGztNjylNzk-ByVp-sTSh6upN1k5xmGpGCrjaqRObnS7iD0yjTWxVcQCror0G8FsXai6thjhsZshX5aWQ2inozFU2GWThXnFyoAlvEXjLAN92JKm_3KQgaduNSCbe-0ynXwKd0hrwCpNnb-s5c2Fcmsg

Finish: The match would be just a short snippet of what to expect this weekend, with not too much given away to spoil a potential MOTN at the weekend’s pay per view. With a lot of outside interference taking place, Eddie Kingstone would be prevented from coming to the Lucha Bros aid as he would be blindsided by Hernandez that would allow Homicide to punch Fenix square in the dick before Tony Deppen would would cradle Rey over in a schoolboy pin to claim the W.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

Evil is in the back with Ian who asks him about his upcoming match with G.o.D., Chase and Fale. Evil says darkness will befall his enemies when his House of Torture reunites one last time to put the god awful guerrillas out of their misery and then he can fly back home and put the nail in the coffin that is MJF to end this chapter of betrayal. He addresses Fale and says if the OGs want to step between him and the Guerrillas, he’ll endure the same wrath and share the same fate as them. He says he hopes MJF is watching this to see what he’s capable of because he won’t be leaving New Japan Pro Wrestling. It’s Evil’s empire not his.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- Video package of the Briscoes legacy / title wins

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- An incensed Eddie Kingston would speak backstage with Quinn McKay, where he would produce a contract out of his back pocket and state that as of this evening he was officially the newest member of the Ring of Honor Wrestling roster and that as a signing bonuses he had an amendment added that should either LAX or 5150 lay a finger on him tonight, he’ll get a match of his choosing and he would get to pick the stipulation. He makes it clear that he is executing this clause right now and he wants a Street Fight with Hernandez ASAP and he wants Konnan and Homicide to be handcuffed together throughout the contest.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

ZxUbsi-J9flHohQRXVIsK_mQB5CwHL5RenGF5bmOG4HR1Wc4rSe2RA9NPSikJ1aJvyd0DB3p9NGMZBiCzEQNmpL1iXX87_Z01AoAimF_gR44bwAWCp7349kxyN4rr0szgA-zRUs6acj8UE0FgliGL7s

Finish: With Konnan and Homicide handcuffed together and unable to get involved, it would be Kingston who would push Hernandez to the limit and claim a victory by dropping Hernandez heat first first on a steel chair by way of a piledriver.
- Before Eddie has a moment to enjoy the victory, Chris Dickinson would slide into the ring and with two steel chain wrapped around his fist would sucker punch Kingston and lay him out cold at his feet, as the cameras would focus in on the fact that Dickinson was wearing a VLNCE UNLTD tee and would be joined by Homicide who had been released from his shackles by the match official.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- Quinn McKay would be speaking with Pac in the medical bay. The Brit would vow to compete tonight, and that he won’t let psychopaths like Moose stop him from achieving his goals. He says he’ll accept Alexander challenger tonight and then he will beat the former champion Moose at Bound By Honor and he will do all of this in one week - and with two wins to his name he will then prove him worthy of another shot at the TNA World Heavyweight Championship.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

Finish: The match would prove to be problematic, as Yujiro would refuse to fight with Chase or Fale and would only wrestle Taman and Tanga, whilst Owens would not accept tag requests from either of the Guerrillas of Destiny nor would he lay his hands on Yujiro. ‘The Tokyo Pimp’ would eventually just exit the ring, and join his ladies by the commentary table. EVIL would claim the victory by nailing Chase Owens with Everything is Evil - at the same time that The Kingdom and Adam Cole would emerge and distract G.o.D. and Fale and take advantage of the split nature of the Bullet Club

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- We see the Righteous in the back. Vincent begins to speak about his tumultuous relationship with the Kingdom and laments them for still feeling the need to get at people when they’re down on their luck. Roping Adam Cole back in when the Elite was losing a few battles with the Bullet Club and now the Bullet Club when they’re having their inner turmoil and turbulence and you prop yourself up to look for their saviors, but that’s not righteous is it?

- Vincent reminds that he was asked a couple weeks ago to patch things up with you, but the Righteous is still walking the right path and we have a new shepherd helping us spread the good word. Perhaps you’ve heard of him, Jay Lethal? So I’m not sure that would be in our best interests, but it’s been nice catching up - and seemingly rejecting returning to the Kingdom.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

-Eric Young comes to the ring and says once upon a time he founded the original elite, the World Elite. He did so by becoming the first TNA Global Champion. Which he even named himself. He says he brings this up because the Global title has been infected by a hooligan who believes he’s a peacock. He proceeds to accept an open challenge to Dalton if he has the brawn and guts but perhaps not any brains, he’ll take him up on it at Bound By Honor. Ultramantis Black the assumed voice of the ‘League of Extraordinary Wrestlers’ would appear on the HonorTron and make it clear that Dalton would relish the chance to remind the the world that Eric wasn’t so super anymore before foreshadowing of more arrivals that would be stepping through ‘the great portal’.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

A pre-taped segment shows Edge and Christian arrive uninvited to the Briscoes’s Farm with a camera crew. They’re roasting the redneck culture of Dem Boys living in the south and mockingly ask their father if they want a five second pose with the greatest tag team in the history of pro wrestling. When the elder Briscoe says that’s his sons, Edge and Christian attack him and give him their infamous Conchairto that shouldn’t still be allowed today with what we know, but they do it anyway - because kazoo!

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

EVDJPkH5Q6h3fexBJmvGvDsPDMbGbkcbnwQU0qPFq1q3KH61b6uMY7NYddBFyRX-JVGtGX6N2LZTnVbOPiZJGczSQrSLfhbwOH9xPkmZHiTzlrP4Wr9qh_p33u6tN6LiQT7s8HJTSTaW5A4AYFOIzmE

Finish: Josh Alexander and Pac would feature in the longest match of the evening and arguably be the match that should have taken place at Destination-X originally and it would prove to be quite the throwdown between both men with a number of nearfalls and impressive signature moves, but it would be Pac who would claim a monumental victory by locking Alexander in The Brutalizer and forcing the champion to tap out.

- After shaking hands, there was a large amount of respect present between both men and it seems that both men were wishing each other the best of luck ahead of their respective matches this weekend at Bound By Honor. Randy Orton would appear on the HonorTron and tell Pac to not get ahead of himself , and inform him that he just got off the phone with Spud and arranged for the two men to face each other for the second week in a row and would beat him two weeks in a row and put him in his place and remind everyone who the ‘REAL’ number one contender was.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- The Briscoes are furious that Edge and Christian would make something that could have just been a good match between two legendary tag teams so personal. They inform Edge and Christian that if they wanted to go chicken hunting, all they had to do was ask. They don’t believe a simple match now will suffice. Blood needs to be spilled for what they did to their father, and God have mercy on their souls if Papa doesn’t make it. He says at Bound By Honor it won’t be a stairway to Heaven, but a Ladder War. Edge and Christian will still meet their maker. They excuse themselves because they need to check on their Paps, but they don’t understand why they weren’t warned before that video aired. They’ve earned that. They get in their rental and leave the arena in a hurry to get home.

Finish: Kazarian and Williams would start off in an interesting Pure Rules match to close the show, but the match would end up being ended via DQ as Christopher Daniels and Scorpio Sky would slide into the ring and attack Williams. Kevin Kelly would mention that SCU can’t actually be fired - because they are not contractually signed to ROH. The Foundation would come out from the back to chase away SCU - although Daniels would remain and he and Gresham would stare each other down with Gresham raising his title into the air.

Dynamite #124

- Following a great special edition of Dynamite last week, AEW would come from the Nashville Municipal Auditorium, Nashville, Tennessee to begin the promotions journey towards Revolution at the end of March. Jim Ross would highlight some of the key moments from Beach Break including Omega surviving Johnny Dynamite, Lince Dorado winning the TNT Championship and Takagi and BISHAMON claiming a very important victory over the Jericho Appreciation Society. This would lead into a perfect bridge as Excalibur would inform the fans at home that tonight’s opening contest would see JAS’s Daniel Garcia defend his AAA World Junior Heavyweight Championship once again - this week taking on AAA’s AeroStar.

Finish: Garcia would continue to live up to his ‘Red Death’ moniker as he would show a swift ability in countering AeroStar aerial assault and be sure to try and keep the match on the ground as much as possible, until he would exact the situation to his advantage and force Aerostar to tap out by way of the Sharpshooter.

- Following another successful title defense Garcia would make his intentions known that he would defend the belt at Guerra de Titanes and demanded that Dr. Wagner, Jr. or whoever was calling the shot to send the very best Junior Heavyweight they had to offer to come stand face to face with him next week in the ring so he could once again show the entire world why they should be thankful for Chris Jericho and every man who surrounds the greatest wrestler of all time.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- Danhausen would be standing alone without any of his stablemates from StableHausen as he would be interviewed by Taz. Danhausen would make it clear his champion of men Warhorse had been unlucky in the ladder match last week, but that it had been the not very nice and not very stylish Matt Ryder that had cost his man a chance at the gold - but a very nice and very handsome Will Regal had listened to his very nice and very evil words and a booked a #1 contender’s match between Warhorse and Jake Lee later on tonight.

- Danhausen would be interrupted by Shayna Baszler - who would tell Danhausen to wake up BUSSY - because tonight herself and Jericho were going to give the pair of independent losers a lesson in what it meant to compete with raw sports entertainment. Danhausen would look perturbed, before looking to cast a curse on Shayna only for Baszler to feign a punch that would cause Danhauses to scarper.

Finish: In the latter portions of the match, Teoman would attempt to flee the ring and escape what had turning into a brutal assault only for Joe Gacy and The Butcher to block his path and direct him straight back into H4RLAND’s hands as he would be laid out with the Chokeslam to claim a dominant win for The Slaughterhouse.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- William Regal into a segment from his office would make it clear that the match between Deonna and Bianca at Beach Break had left him with a sour taste in his mouth, because it had proven to be everything he wanted to see from Women in AEWE and that it was such a shame that match had ended via double count-out. Regal would make it clear that he had found the perfect remedy to the finish and that would also offer a solution to the rankings as he would announce that the two women would meet each other once again - in a No DQ match that would close the show and with the added incentive that the winner of the contest would challenge for AEW Women’s Championship on next week’s show.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- Ruby Riot would feature in a short video package in which she would make it clear how disgusted she was that Davina Rose had faked an injury only to help someone else retain a title and not for own benefit at all - and would call out Rose to face her on next week’s show.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

Finish: Effy and Allie Kat would put the effort in, but Jericho & Shayna would be brutal in their approach and after knocking Effy off the apron would double team Allie with Chris locking in the Wall of Jericho, only to followed up by Shayna leaping off the turnbuckle and landing on the back of her neck with a Diving Leg Drop that would cause the referee to end the match via TKO.

- Garcia and Jake Hager would emerge from the back to supposedly celebrate the win - only for Jericho to demand that Garcia and Hager bring Effy back into the ring only to pick up a steel chair and nail Effy square in the head that would bust him wide open. Before anything else could happen to Effy, BISHAMON, Shingo Takagi and WarHausen would emerge from the back as a combined force to make the save.

- Shingo would grab a microphone and would berate JAS and remind that it was himself and BISHAMON that had claimed a victory over them at Beach Break, but that if Jericho and his parade of stooges wanted a fight then he would be in the ring later on tonight and hoped that Jake Hager would drag his slab-head from out of the back and face him in the ring and bring one second with him and leave the rest of JAS backstage. Hager would just point at Shingo and smile, with the match seemingly having been booked on the spot.

Finish: Both men were still showing signs of fatigue from last week’s ladder match, but both men would still go all out. Jake Lee though would have a slight edge though, and would lay out Warhorse with the D4C (Delayed vertical drop brainbuster) to earn himself a shot at the title next week.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- Charles Gable would be flanked by the Academy of Alphas backstage and he would make it clear that there was no means by which HOOK could have beaten him at Beach Break in the manner he had, unless he had taken performance enhancing drugs and would make it clear that he would refuse to compete in the squared circle again, until William Regal and AEW management drug tested HOOK. Gable though would make it clear that Team Taz needed to be reminded of their place in the pecking order and that he was sending Harlem and Drew to the ring where they would be waiting for Dad Bod Hobbs and Grease Rat Starks to face them in the ring.

- Drew Gulak would step forward grabbing the microphone and make it clear that cheaters never prosper and tonight he intended to expose Ricky to the world what he truly was - nothing, but a little bitch! Gulak and Bravado would then proceed to leave the gorilla position and head down towards the ring.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

-Ahead of the contes Taz would lose his mind and make it clear that Charles Gable was now guilty of slander and that no member of his family had ever needed to use steroids to make a name for themselves in this industry and that if Gable didn’t learn to control his mouth then he was going to have to take of his shirt and make his way down to the ring and remind The Academy of Alphas who exactly ‘The Human Suplex Machine’ was.

Finish: The match would a close contest with both teams impressing, although both teams would bend the rules at every opportunity to gain an advantage over the other, but that breakthrough would come when not legal man Harlem Bravado would hit Starks with the Hammerlock Reverse STO before cutting Hobbs off, that would allow Gulak to hook Starks’ leg over and secure the W.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- Kenny Omega would feature in a segment that was filmed off location at a fancy resort in Malibu, where he was surrounded by dozens and dozens of extremely attractive women who could all have easily been models. Kenny would personally thank Regal for giving him a week off of R&R to get over a truly impressive victory, if he didn’t say so himself at Beach Break. Omega made it clear that he hoped that the rest of AEW realized that if they wanted to come for his belt they were going to have to do an awful lot better moving forward.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler would announce that they had found their new challengers for their title belts and that they would be stepping through the ‘Forbidden Door’ and would be facing MexiSquad (Rey Horus & Flamita) at Guerra de Titanes. Dax though would make it clear that he didn’t see the point in waiting two weeks to face each other and that instead would invite Horus and Flamita to join them next week in Charlotte, North Carolina and they could all face each other in singles action.

Finish: Shingo would be joined by YOSHI-HASHI, whilst Hager would have Jericho in his corner and for most of the match neither second would get involved with both men impressing. After a deliberate referee bump from Hager though, Jericho would low blow YOSHI-HASHI before sliding into the nailing an obliterated Takagi with the Judas Effect followed up by Hager hitting the Hager Bomb to secure the victory.

Finish: With the knowledge that the winner of the contest would challenge for the AEW Women’s Championship there was added motivation for both women, would would show no mercy or kindness towards each other as they would feature in a blood thirsty clash that would see both women being busted wide open and their blood bleeding profusely in the ring. It would be Deonna though who would claim the victory though, as she would send Bianca Bel Air through a table from the top of the turnbuckle with the Queen’s Gambit to secure the victory. The show would come to a close, with Deonna having to be helped to her feet by the referee to celebrate her victory - and in turn as commented by JR pushing her to the top of Women’s Division with an updated ranking to close the show:

** WOMENS **
1) Deonna Purrazzo
2) Davina Rose
3) Bianca Bel Air
4) Shayna Baszler
5) Ruby Riot

Impact #915

- TNA would leave Florida after three weeks working out of Pembroke Pines, and would come live from the Alario Center, Westwego, Louisiana with just two days to go until the TNAxROH co-production Bound By Honor. The show would begin with a cold open, with two large ladders erect in the middle of the six sided ring. As the spotlight would turn on Edge and Christian would be sitting at the top of the respective wearing wrestling attire that would be a throwback to the Attitude Era with long trench coats and cool looking sunglasses. Christian would make it clear that he very much enjoyed his day out with his brother Edge at the Briscoes Farm and had very much enjoyed introducing Papa Briscoe to the single greatest signature move in all of pro wrestling and sports entertainment - the Conchairto!

- Edge would make it clear that he and Christian were very much looking forward to doing battle with the Briscoe Brothers and taking their ROH World Tag Team Championship, but would make it clear that the Briscoes’ proposal of Ladder War was lame and a nonsense gimmick used by a lesser promotion. Instead, Edge would inform or rather demand that when both teams clash this weekend they meet in the only match befitting a team of their class and prestige - Tables, Ladders and Chairs. Both men proceed to climb down their ladder and pick them up and toss the ladders out of the ring before Edge would look towards the back.

- Out from the back would emerge Jungle Boy, who would walk out from the back without any music playing and would proceed to join Edge & Christian in the ring. Christian would inform that from this point onwards, the wrestling community would no longer refer to this young man standing with them as Jungle Boy - but instead his true name - his real name - Jack Perry. Christian would inform the fans in the Alario Center, that Jack Perry would have a front row seat and witness his two new mentor become eight-time world tag team champions and would set a perfect example for the future generation.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- After the opening credits and the fans are introduced to the show by the commentary team of Don West and Mike Tenay, out from the back would emerge Smart Mark Sterling and his client Tony Nese as the two members of Ring of Honor roster would clamber up into the ring with Sterling grabbing a microphone and addressing the crowd. He would introduce Nese as the single greatest talent of a generation and would announce that it would be Tony Nese that would not only answer Luchasaurus challenge and face him at Bound By Honor, but after the match was done his client would rip the mask of the dinosaurs face and expose Luchasaurus for the filthy hippy neckbeard he truly was. Tony Nese would show no interest in saying anything, with Sterling adding the reason that Nese had nothing to say was because Luchsaurus wasn’t worth his time and he only wasted his energy speaking about prospective opponents that were actually a threat to him.

Finish: KENTA would be like a cat playing with a mouse, and rather than finish the match off early would make a spectacle of it before proceeding to lay out Knight with the GO 2 SLEEP to pick up the victory.

- After the contest, KENTA would proceed to congratulate CM Punk for his impressive performance last week at Bound By Honor and had to admit that hadn’t been expecting him to claim such memorable victory of Samoa Joe, but ultimately that didn’t matter in the end because this weekend he was going to teach Punk a lesson in respect and take from him in blood what he owed him in royalties for infringing on the right of his finishing maneuvers. KENTA would question CM Punk's drive and tenacity, and demand that he show his face and come speak to him face to face.

- CM Punk’s music would start to play and he would be met with a mixed reaction from the fans, with it clear that those fans loyal to TNA were very much in KENTA’s corner although that wouldn’t stop the marks from getting incredibly excited about Punk making an appearance on Impact. Punk would enter the ring, with a microphone in hand and walk straight up to KENTA and make it clear that apparently this was a match that the fans wanted - a ‘dream match’ if you would, but quite honestly after his battle with Samoa Joe everything else was irrelevant. Seth Rollins - irrelevant. KENTA - irrelevant. TNA -

- Before Punk could say another word, KENTA would start swinging and both men would start throwing shots at each other in the middle of the ring and it would take a long time for a surge of security and referees to push between both men and break them apart. KENTA would look enraged, whilst CM Punk would just start to laugh and make gestures with his hands that he was going to put KENTA to sleep.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- Kamille and her ‘House Made of Bricks’ (Penelope Ford & The Bunny) would be all sitting in a room backstage around a table, with Kamille calling a ‘family meeting’. Kamille would make it clear that she expected that the very best from Penelope and The Bunny this weekend, and made it clear that a Six-Woman Tornado Tag Team match was no easy contest and the likes of Charlotte Flair, Thunder Rosa and Hikaru Shida would fight tooth and nail every step of the way. Kamille would make it clear though, that if the three of them won this weekend then he would make both women officially members of Strictly Business and that it didn’t matter if Penelope Ford was contracted to Ring of Honor - because every decent organization had representatives spread all over the world.

- Kamille would congratulate The Bunny for claiming a win over Shida on Elite, and would fail to mention the fact that she had done so with help from Penelope. She would then inform Penelope that tonight she would square off with Charlotte Flair and hurt Flair as much as she could, and remind the world that the daughter of The Nature was nothing more than a twisted old wretch who had been born with a silver spoon in her mouth. A loathsome and grotesque bitch, who was not deserving of anyone’s respect and she would make it clear that she expected ‘The Bad Gir’ to walk away with the victory.

- Kamille would tell the pair to watch the fort, and that Nick and her husband would arrive shortly, but she would be unable to greet them because she would be defending ‘The Burke’ in a short while against a very deserving opponent nonetheless. The comment of a deserving opponent would be met with sniggers from both Ford and The Bunny.

Finish: Bey and Rongai would feature in a great contest, and give the fans a final preview of what was to come from the six-on-six elimination tag team match between the Bullet Club and Suzuki-gun. Rongai would impress in his first singles venture in TNA, but Bey would prove to be too much for the Japanese talent and put him away with the Final Finesse.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- The camera would cut backstage to footage of the rest of Suzuki-gun spilling into The Bullet Club changing room with all five men jumping the members of the Club though once they had their wits about them Juice, Karl, Luke, Jay and Scott would start to fight back. Much to everyone’s surprise, most notably Juice Robinson - as David Finlay would enter the room wielding a kendo stick to give the Bullet Club the advantage and manage to force Suzuki–gun to retreat from the room.

-Jay White would smile and pat Finlay on the shoulders and shake his hands, despite the fact that David was not a member of the club. Juice would embrace his long-term tag team partner and suggest that Finlay watch their back and join them at ringside this weekend at Bound By Honor.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- TNA General Manager Rockstar Spud would make an announcement from his office and inform the viewers that the newly unveiled TNA Women’s NEX GEN Championship would be be up for grabs this week at Bound By Honor in a 10-Woman Battle Royale that would feature five women from ROH and five women from TNA. Spud though would make it clear that this wouldn’t be the only championship that would see an inaugural champion be crowned - as he would reveal the TNA Six Man Tag Team Championships.

FlRap8sJhaD4LKudLVbP6zS2M4VAQah35MNorPmLdyvfclxKxcyxCBh0DusFkv8nRwgH7b9wILKLV3dvcy4OiAfr0BRTnxq-nNWR0YzbNadco1pFyukDY4mgCDMJplrVL5rX-rbOyzA9tq-Q3sH5wHdJoXLXY9w_B5e2OJv_mCBZnAmkI7WsMZ3sQQ

- Spud would make it clear that Six-Man or Trios Championships were all the rage in the modern era of professional wrestling and that if ROH had one and NJPW had one then it was only right that Total Nonstop Action had a set of belts of their own. Spud would reveal that after deliberation with ROH Executive Vice President Scott D’Amore he couldn’t think of a better team to be involved in the first ever contest for the belt than the reigning ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions The Righteous.

- Before Spud could say anything else, Maria Kanellis appears in the camera shot and proceeds to inform Spud that they are in need of a private audience and before she is given an answer closes the door behind and ends the camera crew's access to the private conversation.

Finish: Once again Kamille would find herself defending ‘The Burke’ in impressive manner and would finish Alisha off in a matter of minutes and slam Edwards with the Cradle Piledriver to secure the win and successfully defend her belt in another squash encounter. Kamille though, like the true egomaniac she was, would celebrate the win as if she had beaten a much more capable and skilled opponent. Mike Tenay would make a comment that Kamille would earn herself so much more respect, if she actually took on opponents more worthy of her station.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- The cameras would cut back to Rockstar Spud’s office, with Maria shaking hands with TNA’s General Manager before turning towards the cameras with a massive smile on her face. She would inform the viewers that this weekend her boys The Kingdom - Mike Bennett, Matt Taven and Adam Cole would team up together to take on The Righteous with the intent of becoming the inaugural TNA Six Man Tag Team Champions. Maria would then proceed to inform the fans that from this point onwards she was officially a member of the TNA roster as the First Lady of the Elite Kingdom.

Finish: It wouldn’t take long for the match to spill into chaos, and with Homicide in his corner it would become clear that the two men that had been part of VLNCE UNLTD were less interested about winning the match and more about hurting Kingston. However, Low Ki would show up and come to Kingston’s aid and prevent Homicide from involving himself in a two on one beatdown and then turn to Dickinson dropping him with a Spinning Heel Kick - that would end the match via DQ. After the bell was rung, Low Ki would stand in between Eddie and Homicide trying to act as some sort of peace keeper.

Finish: Both women would make their TNA’ debuts and equally impress as they would be part of a new generation of women’s wrestlers. It would be Josei Teikoku members AZM who would be victorious after nailing the Session Moth with the Violet Storm (Springboard tornado single arm DDT) that she would transition into a Fujiwara armbar and force her opponent to tap out.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- The cameras cut backstage and enter the private locker-room area of The Bravo Brand where John E. Bravo would me having some sort of meeting in which he was giving Curry Man, Shark Boy and Suicide some sort of pep talk and promising them that after all of this ROH nonsense was finished, they might earn themselves a place the card again. The cameras though would continue past the four and instead move down a corridor and push into a dimly lit room which had a piece of paper attached to the door with tape and in scrawled handwriting was written ‘Reserved For The Mad King’.

- In the room Kingston and Low Ki are in heavy discussion. Low Ki exclaims that Homicide has lost the plot and he agrees with Eddie that Homicide might have felt neglected by the community, but despite that he seems to have then forgotten about his own boy Eddie Kingston. Low Ki would comment that such a notion didn’t make sense. Instead of breaking bread and listening to Eddie, instead he lashed out and recruited members of your old Violence Unlimited stable? They’re not familia. They have nothing to do with our business. Low Ki then directly engages the camera and informs Homicide that he can grab Dickinson and meet him and Eddie Kingston at Bound By Honor. He hopes that when the dust settles they’ll have slapped some sense upside his head and made him realize Eddie isn’t our enemy, but Konnan is.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- Prior to the match, Ultramantis Black would continue to take on the role as The Envoy for the ‘League of Extraordinary Wrestlers’ and inform the fans in attendance that ‘The Great Portal’ was still pulsing with life and that soon more travelers would cross the gate and arrive from distant lands. First however, he would announce that ahead of Dalton’s defense of the Global Championship against Eric Young - he couldn’t think of a better test of strength than two of VBD best against none other than The Osirian Portal.

h-jt-apcVB7sGVczXjZ1o-IGL_U0yb7CVrTZuATzXQhbdDK2vbX2dSgZKmvP3ZFlsvnEKSIFE_6uTtjKAgzlenzb1H26pX3vtQVEXhFjwQ8UumWmbNDMrGkMR0ussFoqf5bcGcADxEGSsPeF-YsF88_R2KjqTR2DmVEGwPhRYgU7Ucb7G7sX0sas5g

Finish: The match would prove to be a great affair and The Osirian Portal would almost claim victory after hitting Cody Deaner with Osirian Sacrament (Simultaneous diving leg drop (Ophidian) / diving splash (Amasis) combination) - only for Joe Doering to reach down and tag himself in. EY would distract the referee long enough for Doering to kick Ophidan in the nuts, before gauging Amasis in the eyes and rolling him over in a schoolboy pin to claim the victory.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- After a commercial break, Mercedes Martinez would be standing in the middle of the six-sided ring where she would be joined by Miranda Alize. Mercedes would make it clear that Miranda was hot headed and that lack of tact had cost her place on ROH - but in just a matter of days Miranda was in a much better position. She was standing by her side - a fellow warrior on the battlefield. Martinez would inform the fans that from this day onwards when herself stood shoulder to shoulder they were to known as Los Verdaderos Asesinos (The Real Killers) and announce that Alize was to the sixth and final member of the team that would take on Becky Lynch & Mandy Rose’s team this coming weekend.

- Mercedes would make it very clear that her sights were very much set on the TNA Knockout’s Championship and would make her intentions known after this match was said and done that she was coming for Becky and her belt. Mercedes would go on and make it clear that she was embarrassed for the likes of Becky, Mandy and Toxicity for using this match as an opportunity to avoid actually defending their championships and that there was no difference from their cowardice to that of Kamille. Unlike them though, she was a born fighter and she had war in her heart and battle within her fists.

Finish: There would be an attempt to run in from The Bunny, but she would have her path blocked by both Thunder Rosa and Hikaru Shida would start beating down on The Bunny in a two-on-one assault. Ford would become distracted and exit the ring and come to her best friend's aid, but in the melee would be unaware that she was being counted out until the referee called for the bell. One thing that was noticeable, was that Flair showed no interest in joining the scrum on the entrance ramp as Shida, Rosa, Ford and The Bunny would continue to battle amongst each other as Impact would cut to a commercial break.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- Minoru Suzuki would be alone in the interview area backstage and would have demanded the time to cut a promo, which would be provided with subtitles as he would speak in Japanese. Suzuki would make it clear that his desire to become the TNA tag team champions with his second in command Zack Sabre, Jr. was no longer of interest to him personally - but that his army would continue to pursue the belts and that he couldn’t think of a better pairing to accomplish the task than Dangerous Tekkers (ZSK & Taichi). Instead, Suzuki would make it clear that he had eyes firmly locked on Jay White and when he closed his eyes at night and dreamt although he was saw was Jay White - and he knew that his restless nights would not stop until he stepped into the same ring as Jay White. This coming weekend was just the first battle, but what he had in mind for the so-called leader of The Bullet Club - was war.

- And like any war, a general always needs soldiers and that is why he had added three new members to his army or rather added two and pulled another from the wilderness. Entering the camera frame would be El Desperado, BUSHI and Dolph Ziggler. Suzuki would make it clear that Despy had always been someone he could rely on, whilst BUSHI had always shown promise as a member of LIJ but had never been allowed to show his true potential under Naito, whilst Ziggler was arguably one of the biggest wasted resources in modern professional wrestling. With his army’s numbers now standing at nine, Suzuki-gun would never have reason to fear anyone ever again and with himself at the helm would become the most dominant unit in TNA since Aces & Eights.

Finish: Out of all Page’s opponents so far, JR Kratos would prove to be the toughest so far and on a number of occasions it looked as if Kratos was actually going to claim a victory over. However, ‘The Cowboy’ would show his resilience and maneuver himself to the ring apron and flip himself back into the ring and nail Kratos with the Buckshot Lariat to claim the victory.

- After the contest, Page would grab a microphone and send a direct message to Roman Reigns that after he dealt with Cody this weekend, he would be demanding a face-to-face audience with the ‘Top Dog’ on next week’s show and there would be no more jumping through hoops on his part.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- Backstage, Jeff Jarrett is conducting the signing of contracts between Nick Aldis and Marty Scurll in regard to their NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship match scheduled for this weekend. Standing with Jarrett is NWA Commissioner Chris Van Vliet and also The Miz. Scurll stands alone, but Kamille stands by Aldis’ side. The Miz agrees to not get involved in the contest between Scurll and Aldis, but it is clarified that once the match is finished irrespective of the winner - it will be The Miz that will be the next person to challenge for the ‘Ten Pounds of Gold’. All three parties sign a line of a contract to agree to this stipulation. CVV then wishes both men the best of luck ahead of this weekend’s contest and that either way, he feels that the National Wrestling Alliance will be in great hands no matter who wins the contest. Aldis and Scurll both looked annoyed by this comment but stare each other down and pose for pictures before signing on the dotted line and making the contest official.

Finish: Just like the week previous both men would feature in another thrilling contest that would really entertain the fans and be littered with near falls. Moose would attempt to get involved in the contest, but the match official was having none of it and would demand that Moose head to the back before ejecting him. Moose would instead ignore the referee and slide into the ring and nail Pac with a Spear - causing the match to end immediately and Pac to claim the win by qualification.

- Moose would look very pleased with himself for taking down Pac for a second week in a row, only to be turned on his axis and laid out by Randy Orton with the RKO. Randy wouldn’t have any rest bite though, as Josh Alexander would emerge from behind him and smash him in the back with a driving knee before spinning him around and pummeling him with the C4 Spike. The go-home show would end with Josh Alexander being the only man standing with the TNA World Heavyweight Championship around his waist with challengers past and present lying in the ring around him.

Episode 007

- The American Wrestling Association would remain in Illinois with the show coming from the Peoria Civic Center, Peoria. McAfee, Phillips and Bennett would welcome the fans to the show and inform them that tonight’s show would kick off with Jordynne Grace’s Open Challenge for the Women’s Television Title and that the champion was already in the ring waiting for her opponent. Tom Phillips would make the point that Grace had been on quite a roll as of late and was hoping that tonight’s opponent would offer Jordynne more of a challenge than her recent opponent’s.

JvZ-mVOiCHYDnbsfzxjiunfSlyWRb1F0ci7K7eF4pNLRyhgrby_Kx8UmOlZ2PSUc_gPAirCQ5egGP_crG3dfjgyLLs6u8fPC-lQTFnZrR0OW9BvktOFEGCXUDS0KAkGzTAebHO4HBcoDpJPbAoVq0g

Finish: Grace would continue to show off her superiority and as good as Xia Brookside gave, Jordynne would continue to show off her superior body strength and the match would be over as soon as he locked Brookside in the Bearhug and forced the Brit to tap out.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- Austin Theory would stretch and flex in front of the camera for an impromptu work out to show off his physical prowess and act as if he didn’t know he was being filmed. Theory would act surprised as he noticed that camera and make the point that after his performance last week against Brian Pillman, Jr. and he had every confidence that if he found himself in the same ring as Keith Lee he had every confidence that he would be able to claim a victory over the AWA World Heavyweight Champion.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- Rene Duperee of AAA’s Dagger Club would stand in the ring and inform the fans he had been sent by Dr. Wagner, Jr. to help warm up Cesaro and demand that he bring himself and his non existent hairline out from the back because he was going to drive a Dagger through his heart.

nr2qDaA3RHyzHZVRotz9i-s-AyW2vxFPPHAB3Zb8CawhZ7pf36ytbtJPCwLfCiWyPXES4EUqMj7DQaM2N4pENWut8zq57Z_0rsuQqRn52oHQ7C0HFk5Jt7zFLyb4boaohWT7dht-1j19tOdC4wzkzQ

Finish: Dupree would have attempted a cheap trick of attacking Cesaro during his ring entrance, but that was the only part of the contest that Dupree would control. From that point on Cesaro would be on the offensive and make light work of Renee finishing him off with the Very European Uppercut.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- Backstage we find Damian Priest, Puma King, Ilja Druganov, and Ridge Holland talking amongst themselves. Priest brings up the fact that he’s heard rumors by overhearing a conversation after last week’s show that a new championship was coming down the pike from the drawing board, but he wasn’t certain when it was going to be unveiled. Priest would make the point that when the belt surfaced there was no way he was going to miss out on being involved in competing for the belt. Ilja would joke, although there would be an air of seriousness in his tone that Priest is going to have to really fight for it, if this supposed belt is going to become a reality with King and Holland clearly picking up on the slight tension between both men.

Finish: Zang and Vega would put on a great even contest and it was clear that the American Wrestling Association was very much intent on offering fans a very deep volume of women’s wrestling. Vega would claim the victory with an aerial assault by wiping out Zang with the Fly Cutter.

- After the match Zelina would be joined by the rest of Rodriguez Enterprise, with Angel & Humberto standing in the ring with the AWA Television Tag Team Championships around their waists. Ricardo would look very happy and would declare that soon they would be on top of the world and if Zelina was able to continue on her current trajectory she would soon have a title of her own - and then the world would really have to sit up straight and take Rodriguez Enterprise seriously. Ricardo would then inform Angel & Humberto to remain in the ring, because they would be competing next in a Non-Title match against Aron Stevens & Chris Adonis.

eQvC4mnv387-nkxV_pG9J_1J-6_0Ka2kVOhU7bB_qkXbhM7HHe8voxlgsIKgJtBuFcq9R4k__YcamAGqDRw3a8KPdDJDazWY0MaZpqQL4HFqDvL7yE-9F8GV3M7ucJf3aCYm4gr4zSpk1Ckr-ckXRg

Finish: Stevens and Adonis would put up a good fight, but Angel and Humberto would show more chemistry and better communication between each other and remind the fans why they were in possession of the belts - and would finish the contest by hitting Aron Stevens with the Doomsday Device to claim the W.

Finish: Both men would push each other in tough and hardy contests, with both men kicking out on multiple occasions and it was certainly a match of immense quality. The match would end with Dunne biting Grimes face, before delivering the Bitter End to seal the deal.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- Drew McIntyre would feature in a very frustrated promo, in which he would make it clear that he was disappointed with his performance at Aces High and hadn’t expected himself to not even get past the 1/4 quarter finals, but he had plans to redeem himself and get back on track to winning ways. He would make it clear that it didn’t matter how many people he had to fight, because he was ready for the tough roady and would do everything in his power to earn a shot at the world title.

Finish: The fans would be treated to another great match from the Women’s Division, with a great clash blending the Japanese and British styles. Maki Itoh would come close on a number occasions, but Cross would prove herself to be one tough firecracker and would have an answer for everything that Maki had to offer. Nikki would bring the contest to an end by hitting Itoh with the Elevated Whiplash before locking in Crossface to get a win via submission.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- Brian Pillman, Jr. would feature in a backstage promo in which he would accept that on the night Theory had been the better man on the night and that if you wanted to become anything in this industry you needed to be able to learn from your losses because how you move onwards from them defined you as a wrestle. Brian would make it clear that he had no intention of losing like that again and that in future he wouldn’t allow his confidence to get the better of him - and watch this space because the Hollywood Blonde is ready to move and start climbing back up the ladder to the top and take on all the challenges on his journey to summit of the AWA mountain.

Finish: Dar and Dragunov would offer the fans a throwback to days of the past when they had both been part of NXT: UK and would feature in an exceptional barn buster and would easily be the match of the evening. Both men would redden each other’s chest in an intense chop fest, before Ilja would come flying off the ropes and drop Dar to the mat with the Torpedo Moskau (Flying Headbutt) to claim an impressive main-event victory.

- | - | - | - | - | - | - | - | -

- The show would end with Kayla Braxton interviewing Sami Zayn backstage, where she would ask Sami his thoughts in regards to the fact that he would be facing Pete Dunne in next week’s main-event live from the Enterprise Center, St. Louis, Missouri. Sami wants everyone to know that what happened to him at Aces High was part of a greater conspiracy (his loss to Danielson) to prevent him from winning a coveted world title and that next week in St. Louis Dunne is going to come to understand real soon that the AWA and all of its stooges can not and will not keep him like this and that - JUSTICE WILL PREVAIL!

AZM vs. Cora Jade vs. Diamante vs. Havok vs. Ivelisse vs. Kayla Sparks vs. Kay Lee Ray vs. Kris Wolf vs. Liv Morgan vs. Naomi
7zmN0gk.jpg

Five members of the TNA roster (AZM, Kayla Sparks, Kay Lee Ray, Kris Wolf & Naomi) and five members of the ROH roster (Cora Jade, Diamante, Havok, Ivelisse & Liv Morgan) would begin the contest in the ring, with the knowledge that the last person left in the ring after nine other bodies had been tossed over the top rope would walk away and become the inaugural TNA Women’s NEX GEN Champion. There would be a number of numbers that would stand out in the first contest of the two night weekend:

- Las Sicarias would go straight for Cora Jade as soon as the bell was rung and it clear that Diamante and Ivelisse want to remove Jade from the contest as quickly as possible and after hitting Cora with an inverted Magic Killer would wrench her up to her feet and in tandem toss her over the ropes and out of the contest to be the first elimination from the contest.

- Early flurries in the match would see Kayla Sparks, Ivelisse and Naomi all eliminated from the contest with the mighty Havok being responsible for all three elimination using her noticeable power difference to target all three women when they were close to the ropes and on the cusp of elimination - even if it meant stealing the glory from other members of the match that had been putting in the hard work prior to the eliminations.

- Havok would continue on the warpath and add two more eliminations to her tally the first by picking Kay Lee Ray up in a Chokeslam and lifting her over the ropes and tossing down onto the floor below with her fall stopped by a match official, before nailing Diamante with a Running Big Boot and following up with a Short Arm Lariat to send the Sicaria over the ropes and out of the ring. Havok would look to toss Liv Morgan out of the ring, but Morgan would counter and it would be reminiscent of the Benoit/Big Show spot at 2004 Royal Rumble with Morgan leveraging Havok size against her to bring her over the ropes and out of the contest. Morgan would barely have a moment to enjoy the moment though, because as soon as she got to her feet AZM would launch herself off the turnbuckle and connect with a Dropkick that would cause Liv to tumble off the ring apron and to be eliminated from the contest. This resulted in AZM and Kris Wolfe being the final two competitors in the contest.

The contest would end with two tired looking women throwing shots at each other, but connect with a perfect Shining Wizard before using all her strength to toss AZM over the ropes with an Exploder Suplex to cause AZM to lie draped over the top rope before rebounding of the ropes and with all her force push AZM off the ropes and out onto the floor to be the last woman standing and become the inaugural TNA Women’s NEX GEN Champion and kick start a new era of women's wrestling in TNA.

Winner: Kris Wolf

Konnan is speaking with the commentators for BBH during the pre-show panel about Homicide.

Konnan says that Homicide is an ungrateful leech that believes he’s more important than he really is. He says he’ll sell out his own grandmother for a spot and he says Eddie is starting to see that and hopes Low Ki will be able to break that spell he has on him because he’s an albatross dragging him down. He says he doesn’t know this Dickinson kid, but he thinks the Strong Style Thugs will cap him.

Eddie Kingston interrupts the panel to tell Konnan to never speak on Homicide like that. He says they might be beefing right now and have to settle things the way they do on the streets, but that man is his best friend, his brother and without that man he wouldn’t even be here. That man saved his life.

There’s a reason he trusts that man with his life and no one even trusts Konnan period. He says Homicide built New York for all the boys there to make money while Konnan was a carny that convinced all of the Mexicans that they needed him to negotiate on their behalf. If anyone was a leech in this business, it’s Konnan. When him, Homicide and his other best friend, Penta, are all on the same page at last, they’re taking him out.

Alexa Bliss, Jamie Hayter and Rok-C are getting ready for their match later when Liv comes in to wish them the best of luck. Bliss says that was a hell of a job eliminating that nuisance Havok earlier. Bliss says something needed to be done with her, but says it’s funny that two tiny blondes at back to back payperviews have eliminated her.

+ - + - + - + - + - + - + - +

Liv thanks her, but wonders if they can trust Alize after her history and their match getting rid of her.

Bliss says she has no plan to trust Alize, but Rok-C says she thinks she can at least trust that the enemy of my enemy can be their short term friend.

Hayter says she keeps it simple. She has her eyes on the prize. She has a guaranteed title shot at Mandy Rose and she’s not letting the Toxic Bunch of Beckys get between her and what she desires.

The hate that Moose and Pac had for each other had been clear for weeks and the feud had long since stopped being about winning the TNA World Heavyweight Championship and was now very much about proving who was the better man and with the stipulation of last man standing, there would be no getting away from the fact that one of them had been knocked out cold by the other, with a full arena of witnesses there would be no getting away from that fact. The match would be a complete spotfest and there would a handful of great moments that would stand out in everyone’s mind:

- Moose would come off like a Bull in a China Shop in the early stages and would be explosive in his approach and try off Pac as little respite as possible throwing him around the ring and connecting with high impact moves. One of the better moves that would take place during this sequence would see him drop the Brit with the Moose Crossing (Corner springboard double jump crossbody), but instead of going for the cover would run at the ropes and rebound off them connecting with a crunching Baseball Slide that would have such force about it that it would actually send Pac tumbling out of the ring below the bottom rope.

- Pac would with no surprise try to use his speed and athleticism to his advantage, and show everyone why exactly he had previously been the X-Division champion by utilizing the six sided ring with its ring ropes and turnbuckles to assault Moose from the air from all degrees of angle whether it being Moonsaults, Dropkicks or multiple Shooting Star variations. These string of aerials assaut, would lull Moose into a false sense of security that would allow Pac trap Moose by running around the ring and take Moose leg from under him with a lower leg kick before locking in The Brutalizer and would really squeeze in the hold, despite the fact that Moose wouldn’t be able to tap out during the submission move that would just show how far gone Pac was in regards to respecting the welfare of his opponent.

- Moose would seem intent on trying to finish Pac off by using the Hitstick (his version of a Spear) and everytime that Pac got back onto his feet to break the ten count, Moose would stalk his prey before charging full sprint again and laying his foe with another Hitstick. Don West would note that the drive and determination that Pac had to keep standing up was impressive considering he had technically been hit with four Hitsticks in a row. Moose would charge in for a fifth attack, but on this occasions by some sort of wrestling miracle Pac would leap out of harm's way and when Moose came charging backwards he would springboard off the ropes leaping off one side of the hexagon and jumping off the off and using his own momentum wipe Tornado DDT that would drive Moose down to the mat.

- The ending sequence of the match, would see the pair exit the ring and start fighting on the entrance ramp and would be firing off heavy slugs as they would begin to work their way on the main stage, with both men seemingly doing their best to push the other off the edge and down onto the various backstage equipment that was stored below. Moose would attempt to knock Pac off with the full force of a Bicycle Kick, only for the Brit to counter back grabbing Moose’s leg and spinning him around throwing him off balance before connecting with a perfectly timed Spin Kick that would cause Moose to fall off the stage and crash down through a set of tables below.

The referee had started their count, but it was clear that Pac wasn’t finished as he would grab a steel chair and proceed to climb up a strut of part of the set before launching off and using the chair as an improvised weapon and pressed up against his chest would come crashing down on top of 450 Splash with the steel chair proving to be the first point of contact right down on top of Moose. Pac would visibly have hurt himself and was holding his ribs, but would manage to push himself up at the eight count and with Moose showing no signs of recovery the referee would call for the bell.

Winner: Pac

Pac, despite visibly grimacing in pain and grabbing at his ribs would take a moment to smile to himself as he would look down at Moose who looked like he had been involved in car crash before ‘The Bastard’ would lean downwards and proceed to raise both his middle fingers up and direct them at Moose in the same manner that he had done during Destination-X, before Pac would turn away from Moose and slowly and with some clear difficulty start making is way towards the back.

Quinn attempts to get a word from Cora when she’s jumped by Las Sicarias. They’re still not done with her for sticking her nose in their business with Rok-C after defeating Miranda Alize. Alize actually runs over to Cora as Las Sicarias dash to the back.

It wouldn’t take a long standing feud between Matt Taven and Vincent to bubble to the surface and rather than fight each other as the legal men, the two would descend to beating the crap out of each other at ringside. At a point it looked as if Maria and Vita would try and get their stablemate to return to their corner, when Vita would seem to insult Maria which would result in Kanellis snapping and instead of pushing Taven backwards would turn around and catch Vita Von Star with a Roundhouse kick.

The standard of the match though would prove to be great and it would serve as a great introduction of the Six Man Tag Division for TNA, with all six competitors really impressing in the contest. The commentary team could not contain their excitement of Adam Cole once again wrestling alongside Taven and Bennett and there would be an intense moment when Cole would hit Bateman with the Panama Sunrise off the turnbuckle, that would almost result in the end of the match only for Dutch to dive forwards and break the pin count at the last possible moment with a full stretch body splash which would squash both Bateman and Cole and result in both men crawling to their respective corner and tagging one of their partners in.

The match would end in a full on melee with all six men getting involved in the action, with the match official unable to control traffic. It started with Mike Bennett hitting Dutch with the Box Office Smash (Wrist-lock sitout side slam), followed up by Bateman grabbing Mike and hitting This Is A Kill (Tombstone Piledriver) only for Cole to charge forward and nail Bateman with The Boom. Cole would then be spun on his axis and grabbed by Vincent and hit with The Shining (Vertical Suplex dropped into an Inverted DDT) only for Taven to bring an end to the contest and finish Vincent off with the Climax (Arm trap headlock driver) and hook over his leg and end the contest.

Winners: The Elite Kingdom (Matt Taven, Adam Cole & Mike Bennett)

Cora Jade in the medical bay when she’s approached by Mandy Rose. Who asks her how she’s feeling? Cora is obviously skeptical and asks what Mandy Rose wants. Mandy says she’s looking out for her best interests. She says she stepped in to save her best friend Rok-C last week from Las Sicarias, but where was she when she needed her help against them tonight? Nowhere.

Cora points out that she was in a battle royal and these things happen, but besides she knows Rok-C is preparing for her match with Mandy’s team tonight so she has bigger fish to fry. Mandy says if she spent less time having Rok-C’s back she might be the one getting big PPV matches or better yet a match with herself for the gold. She says severing that tie and removing the prodigy is best for everyone in the women’s division. She’s a little nat.

Both Dalton and Eric Young would both make their way out from back and be followed by their respective retinuese, and Don Callis would compare it when he had been part of Kenny Omega’s extensive entourage a few years ago. Dalton Castle would whisper something to Ultramantis Black, and the spokesperson of L.E.W. would usher The Osirian Portal backstage. This would seem to trigger a response from EY, who would also demand that Deaner and Doering head backstage meaning that both men were going into this contest relying on nobody, but themselves.

The match would be short and sweet, with both men throwing all their tools out of their respective arsenals with the hope of claiming a quick finish. Where Dalton would bring his charisma and flamboyance, Young would bring his aggression and a lack of fear into the cauldron that was the match for the TNA Global Championship. The match result though would be marred by the appearance of former champion Zicky Dice, who would emerge from the crowd and clamber up onto the ring apron and would distract Castle by shouting out loud that his wrestling attire was ugly. This would prove enough of a distraction for EY to grab hold of Dalton and nail him with the Youngblood and transition it into a bridging pin to win the belt for the fourth time in his career.

Winner: Eric Young

After winning the match Eric doesn’t let up and spike piledrives Dalton back onto the mat. Suddenly the signature sound of the helicopter from Sanity’s theme echoes as the lights dim.

From behind the curtain comes Alexander Wolfe, Big Damo Killain Dain and Madman Fulton. Wolfe and Dain are dragging out a bloody Deaner across the stage with his knees and feet buckling underneath him. They congratulate him on his big win, but wonder at what cost it came to his design.

Young demands that they don’t hurt him further and Sanity tells him he’s in no authority to make any such commands of them. Young then asks where Doering is and they say he’s safe and secure, but he’s only going to see one of them again. Come Impact he’ll have a choice to make.

The mixed tag team rules would clearly be a benefit to Miz and Maryse advantage, with the knowledge that as soon as they tagged out - their opposite number would be enforced to also exit the ring and swap about meaning that Miz could only face Kross and Maryse could only face Scarlett. Nonetheless, it would be clear early on that Killer Kross and Scarlett Bordeaux would be far less concerned about their personal safety and were willing to put their bodies on line and risk it all for the big hit. Two examples of this would see Kross leap off the turnbuckle, whilst Maryse and Scarlett were still battling in the ring, and would with a great height smash into The Miz with a Meteora to the back of the neck whilst the Hollywood star was recovering. Scarlett meanwhile would slap the crap out of Maryse chest with multiple knife edge chops, before dropping Maryse face first on an exposed ring buckle before hitting a hard DDT that would result in a nearfall.
The Miz and Maryse would have their periods of control in the match, although their usual tactic of breaking the rules and using cheap shots wouldn’t help them and would actually result in their opponents laughing and almost mocking them for employing such a tactic. This would motivate the couple, and Miz would step up his game and deliver not one, but two Skull-Crushing Finales to Killer Kross only for Bordeaux to reach down and tag herself in to automatically end the count. The ending would come with both the wives in the ring, and it would be a close call with the two women exchanging quick pins.

The ending would come when The Miz would fail to play distraction, and would seem to ‘botch’ and slip off the ring apron as Maryse would fail to tag her husband in only to be pulled backwards by Scarlett and nailed with a Back-to-Belly piledriver for the victory. After the bell, the replays would show that The Miz had slipped, but rather that he had been tripped up by LA Knight who had appeared to have been hiding under the ring apron for the entirety of the contest.

Winners: Scarlett Bordeaux & Killer Kross

The brand new TNA six-man tag team champions the original kingdom of Adam Cole, Mike Bennett and Matt Taven are being interviewed about their return to TNA, Cole coming back to the fold and being the inaugural champions for this division.

Bad Luck Fale, Chase Owens and Hikuleo step into frame congratulating the new champions. He says it must be easy when you beat someone you used to consider a brother. You know they’re ins and outs, but it’s a whole mother thing to stand across the ring from a man like the underboss and stand back up with your hands raised. He reminds them they have unfinished business before they tucked tail and entered this title match at the last minute.

OGK says they had better things to do, but now that they have these their time has opened up and they need to get a reimbursement for cleanup in their locker room so anytime they’re feeling froggy, they’re more than happy to settle this in the ring because the Sun never sets in their Kingdom and a King never forgets, but you bide your time wisely.

Cole says they’re gonna let them think you’ve got them on the run chasing other things, but it’s their every intention of squaring up and taking reparations because you don’t just owe taxes to the kingdom, you owe a pound of flesh to the Elite.

The OGK says since you love jumping us from behind when we’re on commentary, we’ll give you a free shot as we leave. Take it while you can because now that we’re the champions you can’t stop us or keep us down. We’re in this for the haul.

Maria gives them a kiss as the kingdom exit and says we’ll be seeing you again real soon. Bet on it.

The merge of AAA and NOAH, had resulted in some slight confusion in regards to whether the GHC Heavyweight Championship or the AAA Mega Championship was the top belt within the reformed version of Triple A. Eddie Edwards though came off as very focused in putting in the case that he was the true face of Alianza Azteca Asiatica, even though it was clear that the provisional KOPW trophy holder Miro was a man that would never be considered an easy test by anyone that had stepped into the the same ring as the Bulgurian leviathan.

The middle portion of the match would very much focus on the submission and mat skills that both men were capable of bringing to the six sided ring, with it being clear that both men recognized the need to soften the other up if either were to have any chance of leaving with the strap. Whether it was Miro using a variety of head locks, neck ties to scissor locks or Edwards who would be much more focused in targeting his foe’s legs and going with the approach that if my opponent is unable to stand on his own two feet then he is unlikely in be able to win a championship belt. This approach to the contest would certainly engage the interest of the fans, and Don Callis would note at times the match was very close in nature to a Pure Rules match.

With tiredness starting to set, both men would accelerate in their approach though looking to hit the other with the biggest hit possible. Miro would drop Edwards squarely with the Buplex and follow up by locking the champ in The Accolade and as close as Eddie would come close to tapping out, but Edwards would show his understanding of the hexagonal ring and would know the short route to the ropes and using all his strength to claw to the ropes and enforce a rope break. This would seem to be a vital boost of motivation for Edwards though who would turn things up a notch and proceed to wipe out his challenger with the Boston Knee Party before dragging Miro up to his feet and lay him out with the Die Hard Driver to secure the victory and retain the GHC Heavyweight Championship.

Winner: Eddie Edwards

- After the contest, the music of Escalera Real would begin to play and out from the back would emerge Masa Kitamiya who would be wearing an official Guerra de Titanes tee. He would proceed to point at Eddie, then point at his tee almost as if to indicate that he was offering himself as the next challenge for Edward’s strap. Eddie would have a smile on his face and raise his arm in the air like a Roman emperor before giving a thumbs up to signal his approval and seemingly lock in the match for next weekend’s pay per view in Mexico.

The Foundation are in the back. Jonathan Gresham has his business face on. He addresses the most recent Elite where Kaz wrestled Williams in a Pure Rules match. He says it’s pitiful that the Fallen Angel hasn’t grown up one bit from the founding year of Ring of Honor when he used to disrespect the code of honor and spit on purity.

He says Daniels not only lacks the maturity of a man, but has no respect for the sport of pro wrestling. He says tonight he doesn’t just fight for the recognition of being the best world champion ring of honor has ever had. This mean more than his open challenge. He’s defending pure wrestling from those that don’t understand it and seek to undermine it. Daniels is a disease that allowed those like Karrion Kross to fester in the first place.

He says ring of honor couldn’t fire SCU because they didn’t have contracts, but he can damn sure keep its legacy and its titles out of their hands. He says SCU won’t pass the foundation inspection.

The match would be a story of a match that never was, quite simply because as soon as Eddie Kingston and Low Ki entered the ring rather than waiting for the match to begin they would just start throwing shots at Homicide and Dickinson with it being apparent that there was absolutely no love lost between both parties and the referee would do his best to restore some control and order. The official would finally say enough was enough, as he would be shoved out of the way by Low Ki as the flurry of strikes would continue and it would be announced that the match was a no contest.

Result: No Contest

The chaos in the ring would spill out to the ringside and after Low Ki had been throw head first into a set of steel steps, Homicide would pass Dickinson a steel chair before the pair would beat the crap out of Kingston in unison with chair shot after chair shot, before Homicide would demand that the ‘Dirty Daddy’ setup a table after which the pair would place Eddie on top of the table. Dickinson would clamber up onto the turnbuckle and look to leap off, but Low Ki would stir and pull Kingston out of harm's way causing Dickinson to crash through the table with a create thud and being left in a heap with splinters everywhere. Kingston and Low Ki would look ready to get some revenge on Homicide, only for a body of security to finally emerge from the back and tear both groups of men apart whilst a team of EMT would start tending to Dickinson who would visibly fucked up from the big drop.

Marty Scurll would finally get another shot at Nick Aldis and the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship - with the first match between the pairing having been at The Crockett Cup 2019. It was clear though by the manner in which Nick made his way down the ring that he didn’t think very much of Marty and that he was acting as if he had already defended the belt, rather than that the match was about to begin. There would be a number of memorable moments that would stand out during the contest:

- Scurll would look great at the beginning of the contest, and would hit Aldis a variation of suplexes before nailing Nick with an unsighted low blow only to follow up by crunching Aldis with the Black Plague (Swinging Double Underhook Suplex), with Nick managing to push his shoulders up just after the two count.

- Aldis would be quick to recover though, and would begin a great sequence with a rebound clotheslines only to bounce off the ropes again and collide into the back of Scurll’s knee with a forearm shot before pushing up and sending Marty down onto the canvas with the Tormentum (Twisting Samoan Drop), with Scurll resting his foot on the bottom rope to prevent the pin count from being made.

- Scurll would manage to use his umbrella to his advantage by smashing it into Aldis’ ribs whilst the referee was busy reattaching a turnbuckle cover. Scurll would follow up with a number of well placed shots in the same general away before grabbing hold of Nick’s neck and smashing her face first into one of the ring post and busting Aldis wide open before picking him up and hitting the Scurll Driver.

The match would seem to push itself up another level in terms of quality with Aldis bleeding, with the champion having to really rally himself whilst Scurll would start to circle like a wolf looking to finish off their more vulnerable prey. Scurll would look to finish the match by nailing Nick with a swinging elbow before attempting to hit the Bird of Prey only for Aldis to counter the move and roll off Marty’s shoulders and club him in the back of the head before picking him up himself and leveling him with the Mag Daddy Driver to bring an end to the match and successfully defend the ‘Ten Pounds of Gold’ in impressive fashion.

Winner: Nick Aldis

Bad Luck Fale, Chase Owens and Hikuleo are in the car park getting ready to leave the arena when a speeding car comes flying around the corner and nearly runs Fale over. Chase immediately pounds on the hood of the car for the driver to step out. They do and it’s Matt Hardy who profusely apologizes for almost hitting him. He says he got a little reckless. He wouldn’t want to wreck their shit.

Just as he says that Maria steps out from the other side to distract Owens as OGK jumps Fale and Hikuleo. Maria then slaps the taste out of Owens’s mouth. Fale tosses Bennett over the hood of the car and Hikuleo chokes Taven against the door. When reDRagon with lead pipes smash Hikuleo’s forearm and Fale’s knees. Cole superkicks Owens out of boots. They put Fale’s leg in the car door and kick it shut as security runs in.

The match would be a cauldron of bubbling elements that would make for a real exciting contest. With members of both the TNA and ROH rosters spread over both teams, this was not just a simple case of promotion vs. promotion. The elements of motivation were much more complicated, but the real question that lay at the heart of the match was what had motivated Becky Lynch to form a union with Mandy Rose? With twelve women involved in such a massive match. The manner in which every elimination that took place in the match is described below:

- Paige VanZant would continue to frustrate Max the Impaler and seemingly showing her up by rebounding off the ropes and connecting with perfectly timed SuperWoman Punch, before nailing Max with a Swinging Neckbreaker for the elimination. [Max the Impaler - eliminated] It would be noticeable after the fact, that Becky Lynch would look incredibly annoyed to see her personal enforcer removed from the contest so early on.

- Things would go from bad to worse for Becky Lynch as it would be another member of a Lynchdom that would fail to pay the toll. Miranda Alize would hit Ronda Rousey with a neat Spear, before Jamie Hayter would add insult despite not being the legal woman by vaulting over the ropes and crashing down on Ronda with the Curb Stomp, with Alize rolling Ronda over for the pinfall and by doing so claim the second elimination of the contest. [Ronda Rousey - eliminated]

- Mandy Rose would seem to have grown frustrated by the direction, and would command that Jacy and Gigi take control of the match and that is exactly what the reigning Women of Honor Tag Team Champions would do. With the use of quick tags and a certain level of efficiency, Toxic Attraction would turn the odds to their own advantage. It would start with both women nailing Jamie Hayter with the Toxic Shock [Jamie Hayter - eliminated], followed up with Jacy smashing into PVZ with a Discss Big Boot [Paige VanZant - eliminated] only for Gigi to make it three eliminations in the row by hitting Alexa with Trapped In Sin (Russian Legsweep to Ground Octopus Hold) that would result in Alexa tapping out and the pair having regained control of the match for their side [Alexa Bliss - eliminated].

- Jacy Jayne would be the next to face the cut, with Mercedes Martinez wanting to make a good impression of herself as she would take advantage of a worn out Jayne and wipe her out with the Bully Run [Jacy Jayne - eliminated]. Lynch would be quick to enter the ring and catch Martinez totally offguard and pummel her with The Manhandle Slam and removed Martinez from the contest by rolling her over for the pinfall [Mercedes Martinez - eliminated]. The numbers of the match would now be three to two, Mandy Becky and Gigi on one side and Rok-C and Miranda Alize on the other.

The next elimination would arguably be the biggest of the entire contest, Mandy would nail Alize with Kiss the Rose but rather than follow up with the pin would taunt the crowd and celebrate the moment that would allow Miranda to stumble forwards and tag in Rok-C, who would slide into the ring and catch Mandy off guard with an uppercut before laying her out with The Prodigy for the cover [Mandy Rose - eliminated] meaning that Rok-C now had a pinfall over the current ROH Women of Honor Champion. Gigi would rush in for retribution, but Rok-C would fight on much fresher leg and also bring Dolin to her knee and nail her with Pop Rocks (Powerbomb) to remove her from the contest [Gigi Dolin - eliminated] meaning that Becky Lynch was now the final member of her team left in the contest. Becky would would re-enter the six sided ring like a wild animal and start to beat the crap out Rok-C, as if all the adrenaline in her body had surged to the surface as she would hit the Bexploder Suplex before transitioning it into the Dis-arm-her to force Rok-C to tap out [Rok-C eliminated] and result in just her and Miranda Alize left in the contest.

It looked as if Becky Lynch had the match in the bag as she would start to pummel away at Alize and would look the end it all by dragging Miranda up onto the turnbuckle and send her down on the canvas with an Elevated Manhandle Slam, but Lynch would be left with a look of complete awe on her face as Miranda would raise her shoulders off the the mat at the last possible moment. Becky would charge forward and connect with a Running Punt before taking hold of Alize and lifting her up in the air only for Alize to counter the move and instead put Becky in a compromising position as she would place the TNA Knockout’s Champion in a Bridging Reverse Chinlock and would begin to pull at Lynch, that would leave everyone stunned as Becky would be left with no choice but to start tapping out [Becky Lynch - eliminated] as the bell would be run and Miranda Alize would be the last woman standing and it would be a very emotional moment for The Lucha Baddie with tears streaming down her face.

Winners: Miranda Alize, Rok-C, Mercedes Martinez, Alexa Bliss, Paige VanZant & Jamie Hayter

The contest would be the first time that Gresham and Daniels would face off in direct one on one action and would also see Daniels competing for the ROH World Championship for the first time since Survival of the Fittest 2017. Although, there wasn’t the same build in comparison to The Octupuse’s matches with Jay Lethal at Honor Reigns Supreme or Bandido at Honor Rising – it was clear by the way both men made their way out from the back that they were treating this contest very seriously. The match for the biggest prize in Ring of Honor, with there no longer any doubt who the real champion actually was would be filled with a number of great moments that would make the contest incredibly memorable:

- Daniels would refuse to shake Gresham hand at the start of the match and instead would flip off The Octopus before connecting with a brutal bitch slap which would be so loud that the sound would reverberate all the way back to the cheap seats. Gresham would look less than pleased in the manner in which he had been disrespected, but would step backwards into his ring corner rather than allow himself to be baited into snapping by Daniels.

- Gresham would be keen to take the match to the mat and take the match in the direction that he had grown so accustomed to as the face of the pure Division, but Daniels wasn’t having any of it and every time it looked as if Gresham was gaining some momentum he would exit the ring which would continue to frustrate Jonathan. Eventually, the champion would seem to snap and chase after Daniels as he would exit the ring only for Daniels to jump up onto the ring barricade and connect with a Jumping Cutter out of nowhere.

- It looked as if Daniels was on the verge of claiming a shock win when he would lift Gresham up and connect with the Angel’s Wings, but in the confusion of the move the referee would be sent down to the mat after being hit with a flailing leg of Gresham’s. With Daniels unable to rouse the referee he would make a gesture towards the back. No one would appear though, as footage would emerge backstage of Rhett Titus and Tracy Williams of The Foundation involved in an intense brawl with Frankie Kazarian and Scorpio Sky in the gorilla position.

- With Daniels frustrated by what he was seeing on the HonorTron, he would be caught totally off guard as Shane Taylor of La Facción Confederada de América would slide into the ring and grab hold of Daniels and pick him up and nail him with the Welcome to the Land, before exiting the ring and pulling Daniels towards the edge and connecting with the Apron Cutter that would spike him onto the ringside floor. Taylor would then drag Daniels by his neck and shout out something about respecting the LFCA before rolling Daniels back into the ring.

A groggy Jonathan Gresham would finally stir and crawl towards Daniels unaware of what had happened and drape his arms over Daniels for the victory, only for Daniels to shock everyone by raising his shoulders off the mat at the last possible moment to all the fans in the arena in disbelief. Gresham would remain on the ground, but wheel his body around and lock in the Figure-four leglock and with Daniels barely with it it wouldn’t take very long for him to start fading and seem to passed out from the pain with the referee demanding Gresham release the lock as he would call for the bell.

Winner: Jonathan Gresham

N.B. [segment I could have written out in full detail - but honestly just want to post this PPV before I am away from the site for longer periods.]
