Thay actually reminded me, remember when they did that Raw in Jacksonville like 2 weeks before Cody returned at Mania and everyone thought they'd return him then to build the match.

Hindsight agrees the Mania return was the best move but that might the crowd was RABID for Cody and he didn't show up lol it was wild

I have to look at the brackets but I’d be down for a Knight/Gunther final

The Smackdown side is Knight vs Tama and Orton vs Melo in the semifinals. Raw side still has house show matches to decide it today, but I'm pretty sure Gunther vs Ilya is the predicted semi-final there.

My instinct is we get Orton vs Tama and Orton gets screwed over.

I'm predicting Tama loses his match by DQ to stay strong, probably against Orton but they could even do that against Knight. I feel like Orton makes the finals tho just bc they seem to want name value to give the tournament more prestige this year
