USA Network will have a white-hot January with the grand arrival of WWE's two-hour action powerhouse SmackDown, tomorrow at 8/7 C - making USA the exclusive cable home to WWE marquee properties. In addition to Monday Night Raw, which airs live 52 weeks a year on Mondays from 8-11 p.m C, viewers can now bookend their week with SmackDown on Thursdays from 8-10 p.m. C.

“WWE is proud to have SmackDown join Raw as part of our expanded partnership with USA Network,” said WWE Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon. “The combination of the No. 1 cable network and two ratings juggernauts provides a destination for our viewers and an extraordinary platform for our partners.”

With more than 800 original episodes, SmackDown is the second longest-running weekly episodic program in U.S. television history and is consistently one of the highest-rated weekly series on cable over the past 15 years - only behind Monday Night Raw. Since its debut, SmackDown has been broadcast from 170 different venues, in 148 cities and in seven different countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Iraq, Japan, Italy and Mexico. Tomorrow will mark SmackDown's 855th episode from Laredo, Texas.

The two-time IWGP Heavyweight Champion will be in action on Thursday’s hottest show when he battles the man he threw out of the Royal Rumble Match on Sunday, The Social Outcasts’ Curtis Axel, in a head-to-head clash. Will the former Intercontinental Champion — with his band of misfits by his side — be able to slow down Styles’ rapid rise? Or will WWE’s newest sensation continue to take the WWE Universe by storm?

Who is the real Queen of WWE’s Divas division?

Divas Champion Charlotte is certainly finding it lonely at the top. The self-proclaimed “genetically superior Diva” has made enemies out of her former Team PCB teammates Paige and Becky Lynch, and most recently, drawn the ire of “The Boss” Sasha Banks. You can chalk some of that up to being the one with the butterfly-emblazoned title, but her and her father Ric Flair’s dirty tactics are certainly to blame as well.

Either way, the Diva from the Queen City will find herself with another foe Thursday night on SmackDown when she battles one of WWE’s most talented in-ring competitors, Natalya. Will the Divas Champion continue to show a flair for winning or will The Queen of Harts prove to be the real royalty of the Divas division? Plus, will we see any of Charlotte’s other adversaries make an appearance?

How will The New Day respond to The Rock?

The New Day may be regretting their decision to interrupt The Rock’s epic homecoming Monday night. Sure, the spirited trio got in their own entertaining verbal jabs, but they soon learned why The People’s Champion is called The Most Electrifying Man in All of Entertainment.

After having the smackdown laid upon them by The Great One and The Usos on Raw, Big E, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods will kick off SmackDown Thursday night, and you can bet they will have plenty to say. Since stepping into the WWE spotlight, AJ Styles has quickly asserted himself as a force to be reckoned with. His momentum hasn’t been limited to official matches, either. After The Miz refused to let Styles speak on Raw’s edition of “Miz TV,” The Phenomenal One reacted with an all-out onslaught.

As a result, the two Superstars will settle their differences tonight on SmackDown on USA Network at 8/7 C. Yet, is Styles really as good as he appears to be? Could The Hollywood A-Lister prove to be a major roadblock on Styles’ path to WWE glory?

Will Owens ground Kalisto?

On Monday, United States Champion Kalisto pulled off another huge victory over Rusev. But with his WWE Fastlane title rematch against another League of Nations adversary, Alberto Del Rio, drawing near, one has to wonder how the Lucha Dragon will fare against the always-dangerous Kevin Owens.

Overcoming Owens will be no small feat, to be sure. The Prizefighter was also in action on Monday’s Raw, falling short against a very game Dolph Ziggler. The brash Superstar will be looking to get back on track by any means necessary — especially against the current U.S. Champion!

Will The Wyatts target Ryback?

In recent weeks, The Wyatt Family has unleashed a new level of dark torment on the likes of Big Show and Kane. Tonight, Ryback takes on Wyatt disciple Erick Rowan. As no titan of the squared circle is safe from The Wyatt Family, will The Big Guy suffer the same fate as The World’s Largest Athlete and The Devil’s Favorite Demon?

Divas division: Who can predict the unpredictable?

Yes, you truly never know what to expect in the Divas division. On Monday, Brie Bella scored a huge non-title win against Divas Champion Charlotte. On the same night, Sasha Banks — in her hunt of the butterfly-emblazoned title — pushed for her independence from Team B.A.D. Fortunately for Sasha, Becky Lynch gave her some surprise help repelling Naomi and Tamina when they decided to attack The Boss.

Tonight on USA, Alicia Fox will battle Charlotte. Will she hand the champion her second loss of the week? Or will the titleholder get things back on track, with the help of her father, Ric Flair? And what, if anything, will we hear from Becky or Sasha?

Can The Big Dog take a bite out of The Bulgarian Brute?

On Monday, Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose were laid out in a vicious post-match assault, compliments of their fellow WWE World Heavyweight Championship No. 1 Contender Triple Threat Match combatant, Brock Lesnar, and WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day. End result: Reigns is not in a good mood.

Tonight on SmackDown, The Big Dog prepares to battle Rusev, one of the Superstars instrumental in costing him the WWE World Heavyweight Title in the Royal Rumble Match. That alone will make for an explosive contest.

Look for The League of Nation to try to bring their full weight to bear on tonight’s outcome, as well. Reigns does have The Lunatic Fringe to help even the odds. But considering that his brother-in-arms is also his opponent at WWE Fastlane, it will be interesting to see if Reigns will be able to count on that support. I would argue that Styles is still having matches of his career. His run in Japan is most likely what caught the eye of WWE. I agree Y2J has seen better years. Still fantastic matches.

And just like that, Dean Ambrose is smack-dab in the middle of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship picture with a huge title match live on WWE Network against Triple H on Sunday, March 12 at WWE Roadblock. What implications could a victory for the rebel Superstar at the WWE Network event have on the WWE World Heavyweight Championship scene?

Just when we thought The Lunatic Fringe couldn’t get any crazier after challenging Brock Lesnar to a No Holds Barred Street Fight at WrestleMania 32, he goes and pursues The King of Kings on Raw. Fortunately for the unstable Ambrose, he now has an opportunity to win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, but unfortunately, he had to go through another vicious thrashing to get what he wanted. While the resilient Ambrose has shown an uncanny ability to take a drubbing and come back for more, just how much more damage can his body actually take? Will we see the feisty Superstar get into another altercation tonight when he kicks off SmackDown?

Plus, what will the always unpredictable Superstar have to say following his brutal beating at the hands of The Game on Monday night? And will we see either of his WWE Roadblock or WrestleMania 32 opponents show up to confront him on Thursday’s hottest show?
