Last year when Sin Cara debuted (after a lot of botched entrances) , expectations were high . He was suppose to be the next mysterio . Cara was a Superstar is Mexico . But for me he is all hype and in reality cant wrestle shit in WWE . Other than the fact that his matches are nothing special , he needs to be carried in ring . Hell , bring any small indy guy and he can fly like superman which will be a million times better than Sin cara . Untill now all he is doing is squashing guys , thats it . I also red that he have problem speaking english , which means he is a big zero on mic too . Some times i wonder why was he a big star in mexico .

I know WWE brought him for ratings in mexico but Sin cara wont help the ratings in long term .
Rey mysterio doesn't need to be carried in a match like sin cara . Cara cant wrestle a guy who is 6,2 , 220+ pound .and rey is decent on mic too .

So in my view , he is just a waste of money and TV time . Anyway what do y'll think

I don't mind Sin Cara at all, he's improved lately. Mic work is something that needs to be worked on and maybe a better finisher (Always liked La Mistica). Not a fan of the facebuster ending there.

If anything, bring in Ricochet.

I have never understood why so many fans don't like him. Do I think that he was managed properly leading into his debut no I don't. I think that he should have spent more time learning the WWE style rather than being rushed onto the main roster and the complicated trampoline entrance shouldn't have been persisted with for so long. He had a few botches in his matches but you see them on every show and at least half the time it was the fault of the other guy not being in position.

I am a Sin Cara fan because I think that he can definitely wrestle, he has an awesome look and fills a gap that WWE desperately need filled. Rey Mysterio is 37 and seems to be injured six months out of every year, he doesn't have long left and WWE need to replace him. WWE need someone to appeal to the hispanic market plus they need a masked face wrestler so that they can continue to sell masks to kids. I think that the injury may have helped because it has given WWE the chance to tweak a few things, mainly his entrance, and hopefully he has been learning english. That is the major drawback with him but in time it can easily be fixed. I also don't think that he can be considered a waste of money yet though because already during his short stint he was one of the highest merchandise sellers. If he is released by the end of next year then I think that he could be classed as a waste of money but I have high hopes.

What WWE do need to now is get him in an actual storyline, random matches against Hunico on PPV are good to watch but in the end are pointless.

I like Sin Cara a hell of a lot more than I ever liked Mysterio. I've said on this forum before and dozens of times on RSM; Sin Cara needs to be in a storyline with Rey Mysterio. I would put them together as a team, Los Luchadoré, have them win the tag titles around Survivor Series, hold them through until say MitB 2013, break them up and have a huge Lucha match at SummerSlam. Even if WWE dont have the patience for this, they could get the belts at Night of Champions and have their big one-on-one match at WM29.

As for SinCara's lack of mic skills; a manager would solve that problem. A feud with Damien Sandow would work well I think, let Sandow do all the talking and throw in the US title for good measure.

sounds like a very good idea . cara vs myterio . but dont forget mysterio's ego , which is big as fuck . will he job to him ? maybe . But if they wrestle one-on-one at WM , it would be a great match . No doubts . Sin cara can wrestle with small guys . The problem comes with guys who are even a little bit bigger than him . Another question is does WWE have enough faith in him . since he is injury prone and even failed a medical test . But lets see , time will tell . As long as he is not shoved down my throat , i got no problem

P.S . Can they fucking stop using that blue and yellow light . It is fucking annoying and pointless .

Dont think Mysterio's ego is a factor, he lost the WWE title about an hour after winning it.

We don't know SinCara can't do his thang vs a big dude cos it hasn't been done.

Agree totally about the lighting, dont get it.

I just don't like him because he only wrestles the same person every time I see him: Hunico. Seeing those two wrestle each other as much as they do makes me resent both of them equally.

Sin Cara is also still very sloppy in the ring, despite the "he's improving" remarks. He was flat out awful when he started, so saying he's slightly less awful now really isn't saying a whole lot. The fact he wears a mask and dresses in bright colors and gets to have the arena lights dimmed during his matches may impress children, but certainly not me.

It's unfortunate because I enjoyed him as Mistico, but I haven't enjoyed him at all since he debuted in WWE.

I'd be interested in a Sin Cara vs. Mysterio feud, but it'd prob be Sin Cara turning heel cause they won't do face vs. face.

Mania would be a great showcase for two wrestlers HUGE in their home country. May even consider Del Rio vs. Sin Cara vs. Mysterio in maybe their home country at a WWE event.

Sin Cara has stepped it up a lot since returning, but the as he is I doubt Cara can do much in WWE. He doesn't talk, doesn't have much of a look even setting aside his size and, while entertaining in the ring, there seem to be few who can work with him.

I'd like for him to stick around for a while as a mid carder, but I don't see him as anything more.

I agree that the lighting does need to go, it is a distraction and it should have stopped after his debut match. I assume that down the line he will do something with Rey Mysterio, if they don't want them to feud then a tag team run would be a good way to use both of them. Would be a very good addition to the tag team division.

Sin Cara has been around for what? A year, hardly enough time to gauge a flop.

If WWE used this type of logic, this guy named The Ringmaster would've been dropped because he wasn't doing anything. Or this guy in a trench coat who did nothing but scream and had a dumb name and big jaw would've been cut too. Or this Jericho guy who can't sell for shit and makes goofy faces should've been shown the door as well.

Still too early to make any assumptions yet imo.

yeah it is early but i am not talking about it . I was trying to say that he is A big fat ZERo on mic and cant wrestle guys who are a little bit bigger than him . yeah its early to classify him as failure but his future doesnt looks bright .

How do you know he can't wrestle guys bigger than him?
