for aew, i think there is a bot on Bluesky that retweets the aew account.

That is a good point though and I thing a good step would also be to contact AEW and other media and let them know we would really like them to produce content outside of twitter.

Fortunately a lot of the videos are on youtube aswell.

Fair concern though, we would have to work towards a solution there.

Does AEW matches get posted to Bluesky? Cause right now it would be why I’d keep my Twitter account, just so I can make threads. As I’ll be honest, sometimes the match rundown is so damn quick, I gotta check the birdy to get the ones i missed.

Cause all I do then is what I already been doing typing out the matches in word form.

I think it would be easy to work too, since BlueSky is open-source I think Smark could figure out easily enough how to program an embedding feature similar to Twitter.

Oh I already wasn’t being using tweets in my opening post. I legit would just either use the graphics, or have the matches in word form. As long as I can find the matches that’s all I care about.

we can probably google it for him even, just google the platform version and blue sky, i am sure ppl have already done it. or its a feature thats gonna roll out eventually hopefully if not

if it’s videos, I can definitely understand that. Videos are what will be a problem at first, but anything none video can be easily screenshotted.

I don’t think anyone’s really asking you to give them up. This is more just not giving them the extra traffic by posting them.

this is correct, no one is asking anyone to not use twitter (that is your own personal choice)

we just want to implement a rule where its screenshots only and we dont give the nazi more traffic
