I just said that! Doesn't anyone read the last thread at least?

WOW, EXCUSE NATION FOR NOT READING YOUR EVER SO IMPORTANT POSTS, YOUR MAJESTY.

Regardless of how the angle with his return has gone (I would have liked to see the hosting, some interaction with HBK and Vince, and then let it go) a lot of people have said they would like Bret to stay and lead the Hart Dynasty.

Agree or not agree?

Likely or unlikely?

I would personally like to see it happen but only if they bring in Bret to manage so Natalya can get into a feud solo. I'm still waiting for Natalya vs Beth. So fucking awesome yet not happening when it should.

Otherwise, if they keep her there and add Bret, that would be stupid.

This.

I have been waiting for the WWE to give Natalya something other then being the Hart Dynasty's manager. I saw her work a tag match over the weekend at a house show and she is not to shabby in the ring.

Adding Bret to the Dynasty in a mentor/manager role would imo help a ton. At the moment they kind of just run around saying that they are the Hart Dynasty and that's about it. But, adding an original Hart to the stable would imo help them seem more relevant to the casuql viewer, I mean yes. We all know who they are but do the casual, non internet fans know/give two shits about who they are related to?

Bringing in Bret as manager would be the perfect excuse to get Natalya away from them. She is way better than just being a manager, this shit is ridiculous. Her and Beth are finally on SD together, you'd think they would be able to work something with them instead of this pathetic Piggy James bullshit.

Exactly. As soon as Bret hosted Raw I was already hoping that the WWE would pair him and the Dynasty together, not only would it help establish the Dynasty as a legit tag team, it would also allow Natalya to get some exposure for her in-ring work, which is pretty damn good. Natalya/Beth would be an awesome match/feud to watch.

I sign in for the first time in 18 months and the first 3 messages I see are LadyHotRod flaming me in pms and then flaming this other dolt. Ah yes, the winds of change have never found their way around this mountain.

Anyway, Bret as manager makes plenty of sense. Even if the Hart Dynasty were still heels just having Bret there makes them main eventers almost instantly. Now if they can stop having them J-O-B to Cryme Tyme then they'd be set.

What the hell? A pm from 18 months ago, wow, nice to see it still bothers you. I barely know you and that wasn't really a flame, it was more sarcasm (obvious to most).

Nice try.

I don't think Bret should have come back. It was a story that withstood the test of time, the Screwjob. It was meant to be left alone. It was a historical moment in wrestling that signified Bret never being seen in the WWE ever again. Bret came back and took all the air out of that balloon.

He should have atleast died his hair black and slicked it back, atleast try to resemble the old Hitman. Age can effect you, but it doesn't have to all the time. He sort of looks like a bum with his hair all frizzed out with his John Cena shorts. I hate to see how he'll look at Mania. From what I know the match isn't even a street fight. Vince McMahon cannot wrestle a normal match and make it look good and neither can Bret, who can't take any bump whatsoever.

Bret Hart still doesn't get that great of receptions from the few times I have seen him. Fans cheer because most of those fans are the same fans who think Hornswoggle is funny and Michael Cole is a good commentator.

Bret Hart definately made the best decision in coming back to the WWE. The screwjob was something that needed some closure and I was afraid it was way to late for that ever to happen. Bret coming back was something that seemed so farfetched due to his absence for 12 years. Many fans gave up hope on the whole ordeal a longg time ago. I feel that if Bret never came back that his legacy would eventually fade away for good. Especally with the new young fans taking over and all. Now he is back and many young fans are being introduced to the Hitman and many older fans are loving the nostalgic value of the storyline, including me. Bret coming back is something that needed to happen and I personally am very glad that he did. People won't forget about Bret Hart anytime soon. That's for sure.

I agree with the bold.

I take exception to the underlined....

I think the closure thing was a good idea, which could have been accomplished with the guest hosting. They could have booked something that wasn't as shitty as what we are getting since it was capable of being something really monumental.

I don't know that this will leave any long lasting impressions in regard to the Bret Hart legacy, though. I guess it depends on what happens and if he sticks around after Mania.

Im hopin he doesnt stick around after wm, some things are better left alone. He should have guest hosted a 3 hr raw special or something and had everything relating to the incident sorted on the night. Maybe they could bring the anvil back as a mentor to the hart dynasty. hes always good as a heel as hes a nasty lookin fcuker

Yeah absolutely. I was always a Bret fan so I was pretty excited to see him at least one more time. The first night along with him hosting was decent aside from the EXTREMELY awkward hug between him and Shawn. Though finding closure on the screwjob seemed like a nice touch and also worked well in allowing HBK to "clear his conscience". I'm just a bit baffled by the way this whole thing turned out though. Obviously a feud with Vince was going to happen in some way shape or form. The guy can't take a shot to the head, a bump or anything involved in an actual wrestling match so the obvious choice seemed to be to find some guys to represent him and Vince. Batista and Cena seemed like it would be exactly that, but that oddly morphed into its own feud not even involving the two now.
With the whole broken leg thing being worked into the feud and Bret now accepting Vince's challenge who the hell knows where this is going. I'm sure it'll all end up in a "HAHA, I SCREWED YOU VINCE!" moment at Mania with Bret revealing he's not hurt. But let's face it... Batista had to pull his jacket over his head to pretend to throw some punches at the guy. If that's the case I'm seriously doubting the ability of this "match" to be anything special.

After all is said and done I would love for Bret to have some form of interaction with the Dynasty. Those guys are probably the oddest thing going in WWE right now. Bret HART is on RAW involved in a huge angle and the HART Dynasty have been left off the Mania card with nothing to do.

True, but nobody is overly interested in the Bret/Vince angle, and those of us who are, are already speculating on how it is going to fail.

Some people think that by some way, Dynasty is going to get included in Mania. I really don't see how, but they haven't really done anything that deserves them being included on the card anyway. Same could be said of Truth/Morrrison, but at least the fans seem to be somewhat behind these two.

Well it's not their fault they haven't done anything, that's all on booking's shoulders. Even having Bret help them take the titles off of DX would have been an interesting move. Yeah it would have killed the possibility of HBK/Bret squashing their beef... but TBH that was just awkward and uncomfortable anyway.

Well, I guess it would be kinda weird to 'make up' with a guy who fucked your WWE career in the ass at the very end. I've really hated people before and I always found it weird to have to talk to them, especially when they know you can't stand them.
