Anyways i'm fairly certain Smark is scum for the reasons I posted before relating to my last shot.

I'm gonna guess OMB as final scum, remember that slip I pointed out earlier in the game that nobody listened too?! Maybe....

Im the butt of all the jokes in Seth world wont say the charchter name but I am hated it should be pretty easy to figure out tho

"in Seth world" is not going to refer to an animation character because they don't make jokes about characters on certain shows across other shows.

It likely refers to a reality character because they DO make jokes about reality characters across the different shows (the Seth world)

I don't think he read the OP to realise scum was reality aligned.
