Alright so if it doesn't end this year I can say you were wrong? I just want a time frame bc I most definitely wouldn't be surprised if at some point it ends, it's just gonna have to be a major landscape change first which I'll grant you the fox move could be, I just personally don't think it will
I already think it's over. To me there's no brands if they share the same authority figures and PPV. I mean the reboot basically already killed the illusion of them being separate entities.

I'd say at least all the women's belts will be merged by the end of the year. With maybe a loose roster once Fox takes SmackDown. Even WWE had a loose split in 2011, but it was basically over before it was official.

The TV shows may or may not have exclusive rosters, but WWE will merge all the titles and PPVs by the end of the year. The rumors are quite strong on this and the shared woemn's tags seems to support it.

Well then we just have different definitions of what counts as a brand split bc I personally just think separate rosters are more than a split but when you the same guys appearing on both shows like 2012 then it's for sure over. They hadn't introduced the different brands titles for months after the original 2002 split and idk if it was even originally planned and I still consider that a split bc of the draft and actual separate rosters

A brand split means it's a completely separate brand. WWE has wrestlers that only appear on Main Event or Superstars, but those aren't brands.

I just don't understand how completely separate rosters even with an exception of champions is considered not a brand split :DEAD: I get it's not a perfect one but bro the wrestlers are way more important than authority figures. I would honestly be willing to bet that we get a second womens tag titles before the womens single titles merge tbh

The main event regulars are just raw jobbers, no one from smackdown has appeared since I been watching all year and most of them have also had raw matches outside of maybe zack Ryder who only started appearing on main event after he was drafted to raw you're reaching so hard lmao

The whole point is to emulate WWF vs WCW. If they share the authority figures, share the PPV and share the titles, they're just separate shows.

I'm not. You think WWE can chip away anything that makes them separate brands and just keep the bare minimum. There's no point in having two Raws, just with different talent.

TBH this split was half-assed from the start. At least with the original Raw had the women's division and SD had the cruiserweights, Raw had the big titan tron and SD had the fist and dual screens. The original split pre-2008 was OG.

I just want to know where this hard definition of brand split you're getting bc I feel like it's like everything else in wrestling history, WWE makes up the rules as they go. Where's this dictionary that says a brand split has to have separate everything, shit Corey graves ended it when he started appearing on both shows lmao like bro I'm fine with just saying we have different definitions of what constitutes a split bc it's definitely a grey area but you're acting like WWE has ever had a consistent definition when they've always been making up shit like Benoit moving to Raw bc of the loophole that you didnt have to challenge your brand when I just watched the 03 rumble and they acted like it was a set rule the winner challenged for their brand. Shits always been muddied, sometimes wrestlers would move through "trades" other times they'd just show up on the other show with no explanation, it's not that serious
