In all seriousness, if they had done a better job of building Ryback up as a credible top face in 2012/2013, he could have been a good opponent for Brock Lesnar when he came back, say as a one-match feud at the Rumble or something. No one would think he was winning, but it would have made for a good feud at least and Ryback would have been a credible challenger for Brock, something that WWE is sorely lacking at the moment.
Like the article says, perhaps they can push him so hard when he comes back that he can still be molded into someone who's a credible enough opponent for Lesnar by the time the Rumble happens. Brock is so indestructible and such a different animal than all the other WWE guys right now that j
ust facing and doing some damage to Brock Lesnar would give Ryback a rub and make him look like a beast.
