If CM Punk and AEW wronged him, why should he let it go? With respect if he was bullied and assaulted by Punk, why should he just let that go? Cause you don't want to hear about it? He being a shit wrestler should have nothing to do with this. Also as Chris said he was actually speaking to legal at the time too.

Yeah looks his first official complaint was filed September 2023 for how they handled everything, this suit also includes how that complaint was handled.

I think he has all the receipts he could have, he's as prepared as he can be and seems to have documented anything. I think AEW legal def dropped the ball and Punk was obviously an asshole and got him to stop getting his bookings (which Tony would have had to approve) but the thing is I'm not sure if all that being true is still a legal case that he can win. I think that's why we're seeing the implied good faith being tacked on and that's a very "open to interpretation" one

I dunno legal things, so maybe this is a stupid question... but is it possible that Punk could at some point fall out of this lawsuit, while it being hold up against AEW and Tony Khan? Or would that not be possible and if it's dropped against one entity, then it's dropped against all entities? :hmm:

I believe with appeals and what not you always have a chance to file amended versions and you could drop parties completely yeah
