I’m never speaking on the 2022 and 2023 incidents again so I’ll just say I fully expect that to be the case but I mean it’s 2025 now so like what’s the point of this lawsuit, what’s he trying to get out of it I don’t know. Like I said good luck to whatever he’s trying to do here.

If AEW existed five years earlier, I would agree with you. I don’t think Dolph being a star in AEW would’ve ever happened once we get to 2019. The biggest period of his career was around 2013 and if someone with a brain could have elevated him then he’d be a bonafide star now.

The difference is he was one of the few contacting legal and HR at the time it was happening. He messaged them with concerns about Punk before Collision even started as a show saying he thought he might stop getting booked.

If CM Punk and AEW wronged him, why should he let it go? With respect if he was bullied and assaulted by Punk, why should he just let that go? Cause you don't want to hear about it? He being a shit wrestler should have nothing to do with this. Also as Chris said he was actually speaking to legal at the time too.

I’m not saying he doesn’t have a point or that he couldn’t have been wronged or that he isn’t entitled to money from AEW or whatever but I was just making a joke that the wrestling world can’t let that time period go and have to bring it back up every year and by the looks of this thread, I wasn’t wrong so all I’m saying is I’ll see you in 2026 when this comes up again somehow.

It will be funny though to see punk and AEW be codefendants like someone else mentioned.
