Let's be honest here, nobody's truly ready when they're being pushed for the first time.
Orton wasn't ready back in 2004 and look at him now, he's one of the best performers in the company.
Would I prefer Bryan, Ambrose or DZ over Reigns? Yes, 'cause I like those guys more. But hey, it's not up to me.

Reigns will only develop more as time passes by. The only guy who can stop Reigns is Reigns himself.

I have no problem with Reigns becoming the next big thing for now, but I also don't want him to become the next Cena and be THE top guy for the next 10 years and to be constantly burying talent.
WWE has a bunch of great talent like Bryan, Ziggler, Ambrose, Owens, Balor, Rollins, Zayn, Wyatt, Cesaro who could be top guys. They don't have to rely on Reigns completely like they've been doing with Cena. Having all those guys I've mentioned plus Reigns in the ME spot would be better than just having one guy and one guy only as the top guy.

- Cena/Rusev stuff is way too predictable, but okay. It's been a long time coming, anyway. Cena's the cure for the midcard's curse, so... Let's see how that one plays out.

- I was a bit surprised about Rollins/Orton and how they didn't rekindle that feud when Orton returned like 3 weeks ago. Hope they do it tonight and set up a match for Mania.
Which is why the perfect thing to do is slowly push him towards a midcard title and let the fans take to him. As he develops more, the fans will begin to eventually like him and warm up to him. Especially once Reigns has gotten his slower push and had a successful singles title run to prove he can be the top guy. In the end, the fans must feel the connection with a face wrestler for them to succeed.

And which brings me onto Lesnar vs Reigns - for what is most likely Lesnar's last match in WWE for a while, it's better to give us a once in a lifetime match with Bryan. That way, you can push a main event most people want and would like full on and get maximum numbers of your top PPV. In the end, Lesnar vs Bryan probably goes down as one of the best WM main events of the last few years and there you go, Bryan's big story is written down for you. Bryan beats Lesnar just barely and when celebrating, you can have Rollins cash in. Resulting in most likely what would be boos and Bryan ends up with another 1 day reign. Bryan chases Rollins until Summerslam and regains the title, heck, you could even ask Lesnar to make it a triple threat. Bryan can go on with a big title reign until TLC, perhaps, drop the title and there you go, perhaps do an injury angle and after another year of top Bryan, he can do something else. IC title or maybe a Wyatt match would be great, while you could have Reigns be apart of the US title feud. At this point, Rusev vs Cena vs Reigns would probably interest me because of the unpredictability and maybe at WM32, Reigns gets his shot after what possibly is another full year of midcard champion and improved Reigns who has formed a connection with the fans, who has more of a story and character past the Samoan Shield Title Chaser.

IMO, Ambrose would also be a good choice to fight Lesnar. I can't see why they wouldn't take very over Ambrose back late last year and boost his credibility like they have done with Reigns - he is already liked by fans and has had a lot more singles experience. Plus, it would make Rollins' cash in that much greater.

I have a strong sense Daniel Bryan will be the final member of the Intercontinental Title match.

Guess they're waiting because of the Brock Lesnar walkout, and Bryan is the backup plan?

I'd say there's a 99% chance Brock Lesnar is at Wrestlemania anyway. Just explaining the delay

He'll definitely be at Mania. But the question is, will he cry for more dough and if he doesn't get paid more will he shit on Reigns? All in all, the mofo has to show up.

will he shit on Reigns?
You keep bringing this up as if this will actually take place.
11 years ago Brock Lesnar made a mistake by being classless on his way out. At that time, he figured he was done with WWE.
Now, he is wiser and more business savvy. Even if he leaves for UFC, he wants the door open for a WWE return.
Kicking Reigns in the nuts would be asinine and the last thing anybody as greedy as he is would do.
Also, there's a large difference between Goldberg in 2004 and Roman Reigns in 2015. Goldberg was on his way out too.

There is a 0% chance Lesnar blows this. Too much would be at stake and he'd stand to lose even more money than he already potentially has.

I'm obviously not pulling for that to happen, 'cause I expect the ME to actually be dope.
Was just implying it could be a possibility, 'cause you said it yourself, the guy's greedy, but also wiser than he used to be the last time he was leaving, so... He can't/won't blow this up.

I'm interested in the possible tag match at Mania. 4 teams, I'm guessing a tag team turmoil deal.

- I would've preferred Reigns going after Rusev for the US title instead of Cena, too.
Him swimming in the midcard waters for about a year would've been swell for his character, he would've connected with the crowd a tad bit better. His push felt forced, because he got injured along the way. But it is what it is now and quite honestly, the guy's grown on me quite a bit ever since returning from injury.

- Yeah, Lesnar vs Bryan would've been perfect for this year's Mania, a perfect "B+ player" storyline coming full circle and then Rollins cashing in on Bryan would've been dope.
But I also have no problem with Reigns vs Lesnar.
The thing that's kinda weird here is that Reigns probably won't get cheered a lot when he defeats Lesnar which isn't great news for the dude... And if they decide to do the whole Rollins MITB cash-in at Mania like we've been fantasizing about for a long time, that right there is gonna be well-received.

- Ambrose hasn't been booked good enough to beat Lesnar. While I would've loved to see the match 'tween the two [if Lesnar was working every PPV since winning the title], Ambrose would've most likely lost, but I could only imagine the brutality of the match.

Ambrose with Reigns' build probably would've made him believable enough to beat Lesnar. After all, it's not like Reigns without the post-RR build looked that credible.

Reigns did beat some credible/relevant people post-Shield break-up, but I see your point.

I just wish his crappy feud with Big Show had ended earlier, they've stretched it out for far too long.

With 3 weeks to go till Mania, I'm expecting to see at least one more confrontation involving Lesnar/Reigns. That one on 'blizzard Raw' episode was awesome, so feed us more, please!

They're gonna have a brawl, a big one. It won't be until very close to the show though. That's some go-home show material

Yeah, it's probably gonna end up happening that way.
