(Rumor) Marvel is considering adding Kingpin to Spider-Man: Homecoming

There will be no origin story of any kind. That has already been established. It is breaking into the story as if he has had his powers for 6 months to a year. It has already been stated by Jon Watts that there won't be. Thankfully.

Just taking the Animated Series, the 2002 Film and the 2012 film, these events are different in each of these incarnations. You can't establish an entirely NEW Peter Parker without at least spending 5 minutes in flashbacks showing a few of the details that pertain to THIS Spider-Man.
