I still think MVP's chance will come as well, just not this year.
To get into predictions I think next year will see Orton moved to Smackdown as top heel..Edge playing top face and Cena's or HHH's heel turn will see them as top heel on RAW. Really not a whole lot of room for him to advance right now.
Just so long as they keep him active and book him in some decent feuds.

Turning Edge, Cena, and Triple H and moving Orton still leaves the same guys in the main event. Just cause they turn, their feuds will still be boring. They need new guys in the main event. MVP would be my top pick to move up to the main event.

People have been saying MVP will win the Rumble and move up to the Main Event for years.....

As heel..yeah MVP was possibly deserving of a main event push. As a face he's just....boring.

He has some of the worst in ring ability of the RAW roster.

I'd put Miz & Kofi as bigger chances then M.V.P. And lets not forget a Jeff Hardy surprise return, or a Rey win >_>.

As long as MVP's in team RDOUT with Mark Henry, I don't see what's the big deal. They'll probably stay together as a team for a while I think.

I noticed that the mega popular stars have won the Rumble the past couple of years, as opposed to the guys who were making the jump to the Main Event like Mysterio, Benoit, Cena and Batista in 05.

Even though it's not plausible, someone I've seen recently who's been great in multi-man matches has been Kofi Kingston. Just putting that out there...

In all honesty I think it's gonna be Orton again.
Anyone else catch the "If you don't win, it's your last chance" stip on the HIAC match?

The way it is going now i see this going on, Taker is on his last leg so I see him winning the title soon and keeping it till Mania. WWE is high on CM Punk right now so I see him winning the Rumble and going on to Mania and taking on Taker and yes defeating him.

In the weeks prior we see Punk come out with druids saying that they will be with him at Mania cause when he defeats Taker he will not be able to leave on his own that they will have to take him away cause he was going to take out Undertaker and the druids will take him out of the WWE forever.

After Punk wins Taker is laid out on the mat and the arena fills with smoke and the druids come out with a casket. They then put Taker in the casket and take him out of the arena for him to never been seen again.

Teddy Long or Vince McMahon comes out the following week saying that Punk did exactly what he set out to do and that was to take The Undertaker out of the WWE forever.

Then Taker in inducted in the 2011 WWE Hall Of Fame. How they do it where he comes to give his acceptance speech I don't know cause would he be himself (Mark Calloway) or would he be in character

Not to shit on your idea...but the guy who needed the Screwjob II to beat Taker and tapped to him in 5 minutes is going to end his streak? Never.

Christian wins the rumble, jumps to SD! and faces Jericho for the title at WM with Edge as his manager until he's healthy and avenges Edge by taking out Y2J at Mania. Book it! :D

I see Taker as the kind of guy who would lose the streak to give a massive rub to a guy. Punk kinda has the two MITB wins moniker bit, Jericho the first Undisputed Champ, yada yada.

I wouldn't be all shocked to see a Cody Rhodes/DiBiase guy get a shot at the streak, and beat Taker clean.

Not that I want anybody to end Taker's streak but if somebody is going to do it, it should definitely be DOLPH ZIGGLER!

Turning Edge, Cena, and Triple H and moving Orton still leaves the same guys in the main event. Just cause they turn, their feuds will still be boring. They need new guys in the main event. MVP would be my top pick to move up to the main event.

Cena,Orton,HHH,Edge, etc, IMO HHH,Edge are gonna be Main Eventing for the next 3 maybe 5 years, Cena Orton longer. And as long as they are there, They are gonna be involved in ME in some capacity Simple as. So ppl might as well get use to it. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying that it ideal and the matches dont get boring sometimes because they do. And I'm not saying there should not be new talent moving up and coming through to be in the mix with the Older or should i say more established ME stars. But there is noway the will take a chance on new guys ME over the likes of the above mentioned it's just to risky. But i do see them pushing more guys like Kofi, Miz, Morrison etc. MVP would be a great Main Eventer but not as a face. And i also think they will push him hard not to much later down the line.

As for the rumble like Ive said id LOVE it to be HBK. But if Taker is champ going into Mania and it's his last one then i agree with i think it was Airfixx that said it about Taker last match. Heel Cena vs Undertaker and breaks the streak. So id go with Cena winning Rumble vs Taker at WM.
