I dunno... unless Taker is going into Mania with the title I highly doubt Jericho winning it this year.
Jericho/Taker is the last Undertaker feud that everyone really wants to see and I have a feeling this is going to be Taker's last Mania.

I think MVP should really win it. They've royally fucked him up. And it appears him and Henry are out of the tag title scene. Unless they do something and add them to the match tonight. So MVP gets my nod. Ether him or Jericho. I don't think Edge will be back in time for the Rumble and WWE would be stupid to push his return early. If Punk wins the Rumble....Fuck WWE.

I think you're right about it being Takers last year, but I reckon they should give us a Taker/Y2J fued on the road to Mania (Not ideal, I know, BUT...)... Irrespective of streaks and all that Taker v Cena @ WM would be epiiiiiiicness.

Actually, Punk winning the Rumble, beating Taker for the title at WM whilst ending the streak would to amazing.... If not just to see how pissed some of ya'll would be! lol

...The heat would be fucking amazing too!

I'd fucking LOVE to see the streak ended... doesn't matter who does it... hell even Cena could do it and I'd be happy.... but the best opportunity to end the streak and put someone super-over was when he faced Orton... but look what happened there.... Taker pulled rank!

^^^I'd always got the impression that Taker would have had it end by now given the right guy to put over(*), but WWE said "no", or at least "not yet"...

(*Given his back-stage behaviour, was Orton really reliable enough to gamble the streak on at that point? )

Interested to read in JRs blog this (or last) week... He believes the streak should not end. I think it's a tragic waste not to.

Its gonna be either HHH, HBK, or Batista. Smart money is on Batista since HHH and HBK are rumored to be on a collision course heading into what could be HBK's last Mania run. None of the young guys are ready and heels rarely win.

The RR is neither the time, nor the place to push a young guy. You can't risk giving that type of push to an unknown commodity heading into the biggest show of the year. The one exception was Batista/HHH, which had some of the best build ever and three years of history between them. There is nothing like that now to justify an MVP or Morrison win.

I think we're going to start seeing the major break down of DX stemming from them not being about to take out Legacy, and probably a LONG HHH/HBK feud.

I am saying either Edge...or as much as I hate to say it...CM Punk.

It's common sense Punk will lose the belt soon so that could be the way he can re-enter into the title scene and get into Mania.

I still hate Punk, but still after all this great heel that CM Punk has become it would be a crime if WWE robs him of a main event Mania spot.

If Edge returns by that him it will 100% be him. If not, then Jeff Hardy or CM Punk.

No way in fucking hell will Batista win AGAIN and the smurf better not.

I think Jeff's going to be gone for more then a couple of months, whether he's in jail or not.

HBK winning it would be great. Him or any of the top Raw guys (Orton, Cena, HHH) would be fine with me, the feuds for Mania would be great either way.

Punk would be an alright pick, but I don't think that he's going to be booked to win 2 MITB's, a couple of World Title Runs AND the Royal Rumble. He isn't John Cena last time I checked.

Interesting....

Christain v CM Punk?

Christian v Orton?

Either could be nice.
