Randy Orton for the same reason I stated in his previous matchups, he played many heels and done them great. Loved The Legend Killer, when he was in Evolution, when he was in Legacy.

REALLY TOUGH for me. Funk's heel work with Flair in the late 80's was amazing. The Plastic Bag spot and the Piledriver were both perfect but it's Orton by a hair. Legend Killer was great and work with Trips was top notch.

Terry Funk is an amazing guy who doesn't come off as a bland, over pushed heel. Yeah.

This is shameful. I mean sure Orton as a heel is effective and the Legend Killer run epsically made his name, but Terry Funk is a legend, there is no way Orton deserves to mentioned in that bracket at least not yet.
