This was tough for me, but I went with Rooster. Also just noticed the the video says "LAME Red Rooster Promo" lol

WCW Halloween Phantom
Two different kinds of dumb but I went Rooster as it was the bigger waste of talent and the comedy value was just cheesy and unfunny.
