Graham is great in his own right but can't touch Heyman.

Heyman, but Graham doesn't deserve to be shut out.

This is truly a sad tale imo, Superstar Billy Graham pretty much transformed wrestling from pot-bellied chain-smoking rasslers to larger than life perfromers with his style of promos to the look of a performer.

Him losing to Heyman or anybody is a travesty. I'm not going to say Heyman wasn't good, but he didn't influence and entire generation to become clones of his.

You have Billy Graham to thank for the Hulk Hogans, the Dusty Rhodes, the Jesse Venturas, to even the Triple Hs.....Billy Graham was so far and beyond his time it is a joke to even think he isn't going into the finals.

Even though he is a hypocrite bible-thumper and a con man.

Again same question as you were asked in the HBK/Hogan thread why does that make him a better mic worker than Heyman? Your talking about his character being ahead of its time and being copied to great effect. Two different things.

What kind of question is that? Saying someone influenced an entire generation of performers is the answer to your question. Which is a moot point now.

Not if it had nothing to do with his promo skills.

His promo work was one of the biggest influences he had on pro-wrestling. It wasn't just his physique and colourful clothing. Dusty rhodes himself would say that he got his promo style from Superstar.
