Rick Rude won the IC title from the Ultimate Warrior at Wrestlemana V on April 2nd 1989. He lost the title back to the Warrior on August 29th 1989 at SummerSlam.

Mr Perfect

Mr Perfect won the IC title on the May 19th 1990 episode of Superstars by defeating Tito Santana in a Tournament Final. He lost the title on August 27th 1990 to the Texas Tornado at SummerSlam. He won the title back from the Texas Tornado on the December 19th 1990 episode of Superstars. He lost the title to Bret Hart at SummerSlam on August 26th 1991.

Rick Rude, criminally underrated. And even though he was something so good he did the impossible task of making Ultimate Warrior look like he knew what he was doing, I can't go against Perfect.
