Very hard decision, I guess I'm going against the majority here but Bobby Heenan gets my vote barely, I just loved "The Brain" he was a heel supreme manager. Roddy Piper however was great, but I guess my decision is bias because I prefered Heenan as a heel manager than Piper as a heel wrestler, this was decided on the fence.

Piper here, Heenan is awesome but this being close and Piper being an actual wrestler makes me side with him.

This is a toss up for me, but I went with the Brain just because it is so impressive how much heat he got for so many guys over the years, how he carried lesser talent and his ability to tell a story. His commentry team with Morsoon was one of a kind.

another close one,but im going with heenan,not only was he the best heel manager of all time,he was also the best heel announcer of all time,the man even made the barbarian semi interesting lol
