Very tough choice out of these 3 but I'll have to go with Honky Tonk Man. He had charisma, worked his character great and really knew how to work a crowd. And his record 15 month IC title reign.
Was a guy that could very easily get under your skin and people loved to hate him.

Don't know if I should of voted for HBK now or not. Oh well.

HBK gets my vote. His DX heel stuff was pretty good.

HBK by a hair over Honky both great Cocky Heels. Michaels DX stint gets it as it was something new.
