Randy Savage gets my vote. His mannerisms and speech during his promos just made it so good. Undertaker has cut some good promos but that isn't really what his character is about.

Was never mad on Taker's promo work. Savage gets my vote here.

When Taker was doing the "American Baddass/Big Evil" gimmick from '00-'03 he had some nice one's but Yeah Savage for the win.

Savage takes this easily. Taker actually had some real good promos in his career but this wasn't close.
