Loch Ness Monster for me name and gimmick were both brutal.

The Goon they at least knew was a jobber, they tried to push Loch Ness Monster. Therefore, I feel Loch Ness is worse because they tried to make something out of nothing whereas they booked Goon as he was meant to be booked.
