This is a toughie, going with Jim Cornette here.

Not that much of a hard choice so I'm going with Scott Hall. Perfect heel and with NWO.

Goin' with Cornette but it's damn close. Hall never got a true run at the top if he had I would have voted for him probably.

Hall here think his heel stuff as Razor doesn't get enough credit. Being able to use a movie character as a wrestling gimmick the way he did. Then of course you got his NWO stuff.

Cornette by some distance I think. Hall is one of the biggest cases of wasted talent in wrestling.

Hey yo,

You dissing Razor? You dissin Razor Ramon? You dissing the guy that had years of good work, years of good material, years of magnificent matches. You dissing Scott Hall? The guy that fired the first bullet for the NWO? There is no doubt that Cornette was good at what he did... but to dismiss everything that Scott/Razor did and consider him a wasted talent despite all of those good years he put in... that is a slap in the face. Yeah he wasn't perfect, yeah he isn't the model guy, yeah he let himself go to waste... but those years he spent a top tier talent to never hold the world title... you can't dismiss that. He had charisma, he commanded the mic better than most, he had ring psychology, he had matches with the best and was able to make them look good. Razor/Scott was the total package.

Agree with a lot of what Slim is saying but Cornette was the prototype heel manager. Did you ever hear his teams talk? EVER. That's pretty special right there when he managed one of the best heel team's of all time as well as a few others.

Yeah I didn't mean to take anything away from Cornette. Cornette was definitely a heel magnet. Hell his tennis racket could garner more boos than half the heels in wrestling today.

But the edge has to go to Hall.

Scott Hall, because Cornette sucks.

Had to go with Cornette. One of the best managers of his time, got so much heel heat for himself and the teams he managed. Scott Hall in the NWO was the third wheel so I don't give him too much credit for his work in that stable.

Went with Cornette but believe me, this was an extremely tough choice, Hall almost got my vote.
