Mr Perfect won the IC title on the May 19th 1990 episode of Superstars by defeating Tito Santana in a Tournament Final. He lost the title on August 27th 1990 to the Texas Tornado at SummerSlam. He won the title back from the Texas Tornado on the December 19th 1990 episode of Superstars. He lost the title to Bret Hart at SummerSlam on August 26th 1991.
Shelton Benjamin
Shelton Benjamin won the IC title from Chris Jericho at Taboo Tuesday on October 19th 2004. He lost the title on the June 20th 2005 Raw to Carlito. He won his 2nd title on the February 20th 2006 Raw from Ric Flair. He lost it on April 30th 2006 at Backlash to Rob Van Dam in a match that was also for The Money In The Bank Contract. He won the title back on the May 15th 2006 Raw from Van Dam in a 3 on 2 Handicap Texas Tornado match where he teamed with Chris Masters and Triple H against John Cena and Rob Van Dam where the first person to pin a champ would win his title. He lost the title on June 25th 2006 at Vengeance to Johny Nitro in a triple threat match also involving Carlito.
