I liked Bret on the mic, simple but effective, but Bischoff built his whole on screen career off cutting a damn good promo. Easy E for me.

This is nowhere near close for me, Bischoff by miles and miles

Bret Hart sucks on the mic. He was only good at one point in his career and now listening to him after the stroke doesn't help his case unless he wants a sympathy vote. It's totally Bischoff.

 

[Gimmick]

Bischoff easily. I always thought Bret Hart was awful on the mic.

Well I think some are a bit harsh about the Hitman and his promos, think during his heel run in 97 he cut some very powerful promos, was also solid in the Hart Foundation. Bischoff has always been great on the mic, this is close but Bret edges it imo.
