Hart Dynasty

Tyson Kidd and David Hart Smith won the tag titles from ShowMiz on the April 26th 2010 Raw. They retired the titles on the August 16th 2010 Raw in favor of the WWE Tag Team Championship.

Rated RKO

Edge and Randy Orton won the tag titles from Ric Flair and Roddy Piper on the November 13th 2006 Raw. They lost the titles to John Cena and Shawn Michaels on the January 29th 2007 Raw.

I am a massive fan of DH Smith & Tyson Kidd, both continue to be over-looked in WWE but these guys were great.

Expect to be in the minority here but going Rated RKO. Both were way over as heels and absolutely dominant together.

Two solid teams, but I went with RatedRKO.

The Hart Dynasty were never really given much of a chance to show personality and grow. Didn't get a lot of mic time, weren't booked strong, and they broke them up prematurely. Rated RKO on the other hand were in high profile feuds, booked strong, and allowed to show personality and charisma. They were great together on the mic, they were great together in the ring, and felt like a legit tandem.

Rated RKO just because they were booked a lot better. They never let the HD grow past being members of the Hart Family.
