This is tough, I am a sucker for Billy Gunn but Stan Hansen was a great wrestler, in the end I voted Billy Gunn.

Hansen for me also. He never got big enough in the states, was pretty great.

Gunn was a terrible wrestler, who once he left the outlaws was exposed for being a clumsy, flippy, floppy, over selling, blown up, useless bum and in later years his promos just consisted of him shouting for no good reason, just to try and grab attention. Pathetic! Guess I will be voting Hansen then lol.

Stan Hansen gets my vote, although I believe Billy Gunn could have been a believable champion also.

Hansen seeing as a Gunn is a joke and gets exposed constantly mostly outside of tag team action as stated above by Keith. Hansen is as legit as it gets.

Billy Gunn, because I find it hard to vote for guy carrying a title that says "World Heavyweight Champion" in a 'Greatest Non-Champion' poll.

Again as stated many times when someones says it, it was voted on as to which companies will count and AWA wasn't one of them.

Anyways went with Hansen as Gunn was best as a tag team wrestler.

another awa champ .stan was so great and so hated in his prime.this guy was a crazier bigger more talented-yes i said talented version of terry funk.hansen was so good i really believe he coulda been champ in his prime in any era .wish he woulda went to wcw or wwe instead of going to japan where by the way he was the biggest american wrestler as a heel for over a decade.
