Tough call, because X-Pac was one of the most mis-used talents of his era (mind you he has to take a lot of blame himself), and I think could have been at least a solid upper-midcarder, but maybe I can't quite see him as a world champion. Maddog had the fire!

Vachon, mainly for the fact that I don't think X-Pac could have ever been a believable champ with his over-selling and lack of promo skills.

Sean Waltman for me, not that I think he deserved the big belt but given the option I voted for him over Vachon.
