Test was a bland, generic cocky heel which is far too common. Vickie's middle name should be HEAT.
Vickie Guerrero gets my vote here, no doubt about it. Nothing against Test, but he doesn't hold a candle to Vickie Guerrero

If you can get more heat than any man on the roster by just saying "Excuse Me" then that says it all. Test was pretty much your basic heel.
