Black Scorpion here. Delaney may have been modeled after Whipwreck but a comparison is blasphemous in execution. Mikey was awesome.

Colin Delaney wasn't much of a gimmick, just an underdog. Nothing much to it, it's like saying an average person gimmick is a real gimmick. With that said, I must go with Black Scorpion. Jesus, he was created to help Sting but he all he managed to do was occupy Sting while the other stars in WCW got legit feuds. They shouldn't have even bothered.
