This one was close, but I went with Sparky Plugg. That guy epitomizes the stupidity of the gimmicks the WWF came up with from 1992-1997 or so. Everyone had to have a side job, you couldn't just be a wrestler. You had to be a race car driver, a hockey player, a janitor, a trash man, etc.

Bob Holly somehow survived after that awful gimmick but Jillian nothing could save her career. Still, race car drivers don't belong in wrestling especially when they really aren't race car drivers.

Tough but I went with Jillian Hall. She annoyed me.

I went with Spark Plugg because it was a longer running gimmick which was pushed higher up the card and it was just so cartoonish and bad. Thing is Jillian's was just a bit cheesy, but was featured lower down the card.
