Iron Sheik is easily the better heel out of himself and Alfonso. First justifiable reason that comes to mind is Bill Alfonso was just a mouthpiece while Iron Sheik was an actual wrestler, he made you hate him with what he did and said. The guy was getting death threats if my facts are correct. That's hard to out-heel.
