Voted Duggan because his terrible gimmick has lasted nearly 3 decades.

Hacksaw had a terrible gimmick but he was somewhat over with the crowd.

Gobbedly Gooker gets my vote, that was plain stupid.

Went with Gooker because even though Duggan has him on longevity of a bad gimmick, the sheer horribleness of the Gooker's few appearances surpasses Duggan's many, many appearances.

Never had much of a problem with Hacksaw. Gooker was brutal, especially after the buildup.

Yeah I also never had a problem with Hacksaw and his gimmick worked for him. Gobbledygooker was awful.

Therefore, Gobbledygooker gets my vote.
