In hindsight I wish I'd voted for Linda I mean she's running for Government which makes her a heel that could actually make changes to my life.

I don't recall Linda ever being a heel. Obviously she was or she wouldn't be in this tournament, but I remember her mostly as being a sympathy character due to her husband's infidelity and a fan favorite when she finally kicked Vince in the grapes. Even if I did recall her being a heel, it's still no contest. Vince could easily win this tournament, he's the ultimate heel. Montreal Screwjob, Kiss My A$$ Club, firing people left and right, bringing back the NWO, screwing over fan favorites like Michaels and Austin, the Corporation and the Corporate Ministry, making himself ECW Champion, I could go on and on. Plus, it extends off-air to his actual personality. Vinnie Mac gets the vote.
