I'm not partaking in the fluff phase in the next game I play, it's way too awkward for me. I really am not sure what I'm meant to do at the start. Everything feels forced because you're trying to feel everyone out.

If you wanna fluff, you should just do that, but what you did here was take the first bit of activity from others and read waaaaay too deeply into it and it just came across weird.

That's true.

I guess I just always try to move it away from fluffing as quickly as I can. I've never understood how a game actually moves from fluff to real content, it's always been the most awkward part of Mafia for me. I feel like fluffing too much makes you look suspicious.

Random votes can work depending on the player but most players won't buckle in this section to votes with no substance.
