My honest to god guess is yes which is why I hate the spot we're in right now which is mostly my fault.

What else could forming an alliance with them mean? Could it have just helped us conspire to take down scum in some way? Or does it literally mean we are separate factions with separate wincons unless we become allies?

What's plaguing me if Odo said there'd be situations that would spring up in the game and unless he just meant backstage alliances, we haven't seen any other than 22 hours day periods we have now. I'm hoping we don't have to eliminate Wu, they just need to do something to win with us.

But why then would the earnest be on me to form the alliance?

Like I had the choice to offer the alliance.

Wouldn't the earnest be on them if they needed to win with us and not vice versa?

They might have an option to form an alliance with Wei as well and if they take neither might have a new wincon that can win with either.

I never offered the alliance to them. I had the chance night 3 but it meant I needed to forfeit the Sensor.

Wu never turned down an alliance from Shu.

I figured the Sensor was the better option as I could nail at least one scum with good usage and thankfully I nailed two. (Wang was already pretty certain but yeah)

Here's some BS:

When Jeff died I became the prime minister of the shu kingdom. Last night a proposal was made available to form an alliance between the Shu and Wu Kingdoms. This alliance was NOT formed. I dont know what this means for Wu in terms of their win condition but I'm fairly sure it means it's not the same as the Shu win condition. The split is kinda troubling me though. With 3 Wu dead I wonder if it's just sky or sky plus one.

I still think we should be hunting scum of course but eventually I think Sky will need to go.

I mean I didn't explicitly say they declined. I said the Alliance was not formed.

The information had to be out there though from my point of view because with the information I had it needed to be known that Wu were not to be trusted. I wanted the other Shu players to know that.
