I also don't really think it's rugrat. He just got swept. If scum was doing this well I feel like he would be a lot more inclined.

I have a hard time believing that.

Basically scum can tell the host in their QT to steal a vote of someone after they've voted and put it on whomever they want.

The use is to either help a myslynch they want or they purposefully put it on scum so town thinks they're myslynching and unvote.

Firstly, I've never seen one, I'll be happily embarassed by you if you can find a game ive been in that had one.

Secondly, in this case it as Chimp was scum it looks like scum did it to get everyone off Chimp, which is dumb usage beyond comprehension and was never going to work. Which points heavily to an inactive QT where Chimp probably made this decision himself.
