Saw spec about him possibly being rolecop. Figured he was an easy fall guy for scum and they might use him for the kill, but it wasn't to be.

Even JK + odd Bus Driver (told you it was a scummy as fuck PM). Character is Zhou Yu and alignment is Wu. Best military strategist of the period until Zhuge Liang came along, helped my friend Sun Ce to run Wu and smashed it at the Battle of Chi Bi.

Usages so far:
N1 Rop3 <-> Haza (tried to put scum onto itself)
N2 jailed Brad (I actually made this choice before learning he claimed odd night, but feel validated in it because of that)

Again, JK not listed in role resolution at the start unless it is just classed as a roleblock

My guess is Alco and Chimp are, Haza probably. Sky can choose to join or vice versa. Sky is mostly likely Wu aligned.

IMO one of Brad/Alco are scum, but Alco's claimed usage and you thinking Brad is clear, I'll lean towards Alco.
