Pretty big news. Will be a good way for people to keep up to date with the product, and now without any worry that the stream will crash or anything.

Kind of funny how live internet streaming has taken a real rise this year, yet ROH decide to air their shows on traditional satellite television. Who knows though, might still work out for them.

With companies dropping WWE PPV's, and only 4 TNA PPV's per year, its probably more of being there to fill in a niche than anything.

I don't know how much more this will cost them than an iPPV normally does, so I don't really know how good this move is financially. Probably won't get anymore viewers than normal.

Sinclair going to fork over enough money to make this actually watchable? They don't even have enough money to light up their TV shows properly.

- ROH’s head of marketing Court Bauer joined Bryan Alvarez and Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline yesterday to discuss Ring of Honor’s new pay-per-view deal the company unveiled earlier that afternoon. Bauer spoke to Meltzer and Alvarez for 45 minutes and revealed some details behind the deal.

For this year Ring of Honor will be holding two PPV’s on all United States cable and satellite PPV providers. They aren’t sure if the deal runs over into Canada, but if you are a Canadian viewer you can still buy the event on iPPV on uStream as ROH will be doing simulcasts. The second PPV is expected to be Final Battle 2014 which is ROH’s biggest event of the year.

ROH have moved Best In The World from Saturday to Sunday because Sunday is the, “traditional PPV day”, and if you have a ticket for Best In The World it will still apply on the Sunday. If you can’t attend/would like a refund, you can contact ROH via their email which can be found on their website.

As long as things go smoothly with Global Wars and War of the Worlds, events between Best In The World and Final Battle, such as the annual Death Before Dishonor and Glory by Honor shows will be available on uStream only.

Bauer said that ROH will be making big investments into production ahead of Best In The World, such as lighting and acoustics. He also said that this is only the start and that the company is determined to keep taking these big steps forward and are already looking toward the next goal.

Well i guess that answers my question, atleast they will address the UHF/Public Access type shows they've been running, now another is to probably get their performers to look more crisp/snug in their work. Because everything I see on their Friday shows look lighter than Lucha Libre.

I think the performers for the most part are solid enough, there's just a few on the roster that are dead weight at this stage, even those that are supposed to be more "experienced". The likes of Tadarius Thomas, Jay Lethal and BJ Whitmer are useless and seem to drag down any opponent they're up against. The same goes for Roderick Strong at times, who's been really inconsistent over the past few years.

I'm more eager to see how things with Ustream work out to be honest. Hopefully the two shows in May come off without any trouble.

I think the top talents are fine and PPV worthy (Especially if they'll be compared to the lower card matches), but overall the mid-carders on the roster need to be more crisp.

The PPV's have been great and have blown anything TNA has been doing out of the water.

ROH should be on Spike.

Never been on traditional PPV before last week.

But I made sure not to check out anything wrestling related about this, because I hate how the IWC just strokes the fuck out of ROH and never points out the obvious about their wrestlers not knowing how to actually work or the shows formats being a jumbled mess or their lighting still being horrible.....That one fucking light just irritates me to no end.

Not knowing how to work???

They put on stellar matches. What are you talking about?

The strobe lights during the entrances were giving me seizures though so I agree with that partially.

Not knowing how to work by....not properly selling, doing too much, kicking out of everything under the sun and generally making this art form look fake.

This has been my problem with this company for years. Just because you can do a million moves, doesn't mean you can work. Hell, most if not all of the greats have employed five moves.

I hate it when someone does something spectacular but he uses it to transition into another move, or chaining moves, or the other guy popping up right away and the audience can't even take a breath and then you don't have anything to remember. Not to mention the poor commentary team who don't get the chance to tell stories or analyze what this move does or feels like it what strategy could enemployed next.

Even boxing and MMA have enough breathing room for the commentators to shill other events. But this video game wrestling doesn't.

Not to mention spamming a match with kicks and chops, no selling a tombstone off the top rope only to job to a superkick like it was a gunshot to the head.

And it looks like it was filmed on a 2003 Motorola flip phone, in some town hall with 50 people capacity. And they basically robbed all the worst parts of jap wrestling.

Of course WWE is the best but can we agree that ROH is better than TNA?
