Oh why hello there my friend :eek:tunga:

Now, people know I'm not a fan of Rock's work on the ring or on the mic (mostly) these days. I don't really like seeing him. Considering he's going to work with Cena again, tbh, I just want him to finish up (this storyline/his title "reign") and leave, maybe come back next year to put a young star over. But I, for one, don't really want to see Rock for an extended time period these days.

I doubt he'll put anyone other than Cena over.

In terms of just wins and losses, agreed. But Punk's proven to be his equal (at worst) in the two matches + the Shield got a beatdown on him, so he's definitely doing some things to help out the other talent.

It's not that I disagree with you, I know exactly how you feel, I too am desperate about his feud with Cena and want him to do something else during his time in the WWE, but he is still a legend that we all want to see working as many shows as possible.
I blame it in WWE that Rock being in the ring is not as electric as it used to be 9 years ago, they are insisting on involving him in a feud with Cena that nobody even cares about, and his on mic and in ring rust isn't helping either.
But it's still better imo than seeing Cena alone reigning supreme above all the roster as WWE Champion for the 74th time.

Yeah, I don't really want to see him working that much, no. I'd be OK with it if the next time he came back he wouldn't be shoved down my throat, win the main belt in the company and work a program with a star that can actually use it (and put him over in the end).

It does add some unpredictability to Wrestlemania since it opens up the possibility of Rock retaining. We'll see what kind of match he will work at EC.

Rock loses and then a rubber match at ER.

The rumor is that at ER it'll be Ryback vs Cena for the WWE championship :pity:

So is it gonna be Rock vs Cena Part 3 at ER?

I hope it's at ER, if rumor's a fake it'll be yeah (and I want it then too) but if not it'll be Ryback/Cena

So, what happened with the Rock. He bailed? Maybe he only "accepted it" for people to think he may have a shot at retaining? I don't know. He's always seemed very professional to me. It's hard to believe he would bail.

Apparently he's injured.
''As we have noted, The Rock suffered a hernia, torn adductor and torn abdominal muscle during his WrestleMania 29 match with John Cena. It's believed the initial injury happened when he took the first Attitude Adjustment from Cena.

Rock continued to wrestle and word is that the muscle continued to tear from his pelvis. By the time the match was over, both his abdominal and adductor muscle had torn completely off the pelvis. ''

If it's true, you can't really blame the guy and I wouldn't consider it "bailing".

Well hope The Rock gets better if he's really hurt. If he doesn't show up at Extreme Rules, I honestly won't care. I don't want to see Cena/Rock again, and I don't want Cena to lose the belt to Rock. So personally, I'll be happy to see Rock away from the PPV.
