I like Jericho for the most part, but I think guys like him and a few of Tony's confidants need to grow a pair (unless they don't care ig). It's clear some stuff isn't working and the fans from day 1 are having some issues defending some of this stuff. He needs to surround himself with people who will challenge him and accept criticism.

I guess too, I think we need some non active people as high up decision makers

he should also relieve himself of his nfl and premier league duties. Focus on AEW since it's his real passion. Someone else can run his sports franchises and probably better. AEW is swimming by itself now, he absolutely needs to hire the right ppl to delegate. he should be writing the broad strokes and having final say, while other ppl flesh out the stories. just my take on it if I was to offer a constructive solution

Considering the success Scott is achieving in TNA, Tony might want to tap his original partner in crime that helped turn that ship around. Don Callis would be a great mind to utilize in a backstage role on top of his character work.

Oh 1000%. I’m surprised people in those legit sports leagues haven’t pressured him to pick one. Because they probably take it more seriously. And the thing being a wrestling promoter definitely takes all of your time and all of your energy. It cannot be split. Even Vince showed us this with his various attempts at Football and bodybuilding.

yeah I know it may seem drastic but I think guys like jericho n mox and danielson are good leaders for the talent but you need some managers to manage the day to day stuff and I think guys like Tony Shiavone are stretched too thin. I think its been high time for AEW to upgrade the front office with, and i know ppl hate it, SOME suits.

be great at one thing instead of mediocre at 3. and im not even actually saying aew booking is mediocre. but with the talent they do have, they could be maximizing that base better and gaining newer fans in the process. the demo has gotten very sausage party, which is a pretty good indication of an issue with the womens divsion for example.
