Rey Mysterio Reportedly Injured at Smackdown Tapings

- Reader Curtis Miller sent word that Rey Mysterio apparently injured his knee in the Fatal 4 Way match with he, Jack Swagger, Kofi Kingston and Mark Henry that will air on Friday's SmackDown.

During the match at Tuesday's tapings in Ontario, California, Rey landed bad and quickly went out to the floor and laid down beside the steel steps. Rey pulled one of his pant legs up and removed the large knee brace that he wears, clearly in pain.

Jesus fucking Christ this is pathetic. He needs to retire before he damages himself permanently.

Honestly, its time to give it up Rey. I feel for the guy because nobody wants to be told that they're too old to do something, but when your body is falling apart this fast its time to head off into retirement with at least one limb still intact.

By the time he retires, we'll have surgery on it fifteen times...

Well, Rey is done. Actually he was done a few years ago. Those years of west coast pops in WCW has taken a toll on the man's knees.

Here's an update.

- Regarding Rey Mysterio possibly being injured at Tuesday's SmackDown tapings, WWE's internal injury report for this week came out and Rey was not listed on there. Either WWE officials don't know if Rey is injured, it's being kept off internal reports or the injury wasn't significant.

Alright at least it's not serious. Maybe he should consider himself lucky and retire before it is serious.
